While other pavers did not respond I assume because it was a very small job. George called me and indicated he would give an estimate, which he did. The estimate was less than a telephone estimate and he got the job on the spot. He did the work within a week. They were on time as promised, they did the work and cleaned up after. George and his crew did a great job. Based upon our experience his ratings and Super Service Award are well deserved. Will use again if the need arises.

R George's did a beautiful job on our driveway and made the property look the best it ever has. As promised, and a little more, they fixed existing problem areas, tied into existing hard scape, and paved our long driveway and parking lot seamlessly and left it looking great. All in one day. They even patched a sore spot in our shared driveway with neighbors that was not part of the deal but was a real problem solver for us. Highly recommend them.

Didnt return our phone call and we had to call again. Didnt show up on time. Left an unprofessional, unreasonable voicemail! I would advise NO ONE do business with such a rude person!!

Paved asphalt over top of the existing driveway which was somewhat worn out and had a big dip near the front. Final product was smooth new looking driveway. Did a good job.

After another contractor never showed to do the work, I called Rich at R. Georges and he came out promptly and gave an estimate, and then came back to do the job the next week. Returned called promptly and was very professional. Left my driveway looking good and no mess in the lawn or surrounding area. Expanded the paving on one side and it looks great. I had some follow up questions and he got back to me quickly. Enjoyed working with him.

Very prompt and thorough job. They came exactly at the scheduled time. Very pleased with how great the driveway looks and how it held up after a rough winter. Not surprised, though, as that is the level of quality and service the owner promised when we had the driveway resurfaced by him over a year ago. Very glad it is professionally sealed with a sprayed on asphalt sealer. I won't go back to a brushed on product from a home store.

Richie George came by the house on a Saturday to take a look at the job. We have a very short driveway with several cracks that were spreading over the previous 1-2 years. He told us that most paving companies have a minimum somewhere between $750 and $1200 for small jobs like ours. He quoted us a price of $1000. On the day of service he arrived early, his crew went right to work. He kept us updated during the process and let us know how to take care of the finished driveway afterwards. Now a week later and the driveway looks great. So much better to have all the cracks and broken areas gone . The edges where the driveway meets the garage and the front walkway are smooth and neat. We're very happy and have no complaints!

He did a great job! He listened to my concerns and took care of them.

There were a few weeks between signing of the contract and the actual work. I was not in a rush and I told the owner that I was not in a rush. We had lots of rain the weeks before my job which was postponing other jobs he had in front of me. I had a "small job" and he likes to schedule small jobs together, makes sense to me. The finished product was very well done. He applied more asphalt then I had expected. There is a little bump in the asphalt just before the connection to the existing driveway, I think its there on purpose to protect the connection between the old and the new but I have not yey inquired about it. The sealing looks great, my driveway beads water like a new wax job on a car! I contacted four companies for the work - quotes went from replace the entire driveway (3500 sq ft), replace from the road to the garage, to replacing the asphalt and base layer on the small section that needed to be replaced. R. George did have the best price and he ensured me that his fix to my problem was "bullet-proof"! Prices ranged from $4400 to $1500 for the job. I felt R. George had the best solution to my problem. R. George asphalts year round, he has seen everything. I really felt he knew what he was doing. The owner is on the job site the entire time and he does most of the work. The seal job was going to cost $450 - $500 for the ~3500 sq ft of driveway. The driveway was sealed with a hose and nozzle by hand by the owner with overlapping coverage. I am pleased with the work done, I would consider using R. Georges for future paving needs.

His quote came in a little higher than other estimates I received, but I entrusted the work to his company based on Angie's list recommendations. He was ontime at my home and completed the sealing project in about an hour. As he explained, the driveway has a glossy type of finish. I had already trimmed the edge of the driveway off weeds and grass overgrowing onto the driveway and had air-blown the entire length of the driveway the previous night. I only wished he used a caulking type of sealer for the larger cracks our two year old driveway, rather than simply using a fine black sand to hide the crack. We will see how this holds up to the sun and winter. He has recommended that I reseal it in about 18 months and skip 2-3 years once after that.

My wife and I purchased a new home a few months ago. The house had a long single-lane driveway, which did not have enough space for us to turn our cars around if we park any of our cars outside the garage. We wanted to expand the driveway to accommodate at least 5-6 cars so our friends don't need to park on the street when they come visiting us. In late April, we contacted R. George's Paving . The owner, Ritchie, responded quickly and came by a couple days later. He was very knowledgeable and explained how he would do the job. Better yet, he gave us a quote on the spot. I believe his price was fair, so we agreed to do the job in May. About 2 weeks before the paving work, Ritchie called me to confirm that everything was still on schedule. There had been plenty of rainy days in May so Ritchie called me several more times over the course of the next two weeks and kept me posted on his work schedule. We really appreciated the regular updates. Due to the size of new driveway, it took Ritchie's team 2 days to complete the job. On the first day, Ritchie's team "scraped" the soil area, added a layer of pebbles/sand, and covered it with a layer of asphalt base. On the second day, they covered the entire new driveway with a thick layer of new asphalt. We love the new driveway. It is wide enough to park 8 cars and still leave a lane to the street. As recommended by Ritchie, we will seal the driveway in July, then in one year, then in 2 to 3 years to protect the driveway. Ritchie gave a 1 year warranty for his work. We haven't had any problem, yet, but it is good to know that I can call him if any crack appears. He has been very responsive and courteous, and I would trust him for my future projects.

Richie did a really nice job. Communicated well to set up the date of the work and I would definitely use him again.

Service was excellent, I still have concerns with the material s used, he did not show me the original thing, it did high kerosene odor for a month. He came out when he said he would. His job was good for the bill, product was good, professionalism was good, price is too high but he was fine. He was responsive, asked me if I was satisfied before he left so that was good.

Arrived on time. Smoothed out an area that he didn't necessarily need to do. Site was neat when he left.

We have used George previously and have always been satisfied with his work. This last time he even filled in a few holes in our pavement along with the sealing. He is very professional and does the work agreed upon. His charge is very reasonable.

R. Georges was on time and the job went well. Tree roots had to be removed before new asphalt could be applied. Old asphalt that was cracked or in poor condition also had to be removed. When the old surface was ready, the new asphalt was applied and rolled. Three men did the job including R. George's. They worked well together and R. George's kept his men motivated and attending to detail. Two of my neighbors complimented me on the appearance of the driveway. One of them said he needed his driveway repaved like mine and I referred him to R. George's.

He was very promped in returning my call and was punctual when he came to my house to give me the estimate. I am not sure if the price was an averate but he was willing to do the work right away so I had him do it. He was having trouple with machine that dispensed the seal for quite some time. After a couple of days I called him back because the seal was not covered evenly, It looked like it hadnt been sealed but I know it had. Maybe the sealer wasn't quite right. It looks much nicer now. You just need to watch that he doesn't seal something that he shouldn't.

I don't really know for sure, but it seems like the materials they used were not of the highest quality and that the resulting paving job was very grandular and not at all smooth like I expected. They told me that's what they use for everybody, but I'm frankly not so sure. Communication after the fact was not very good and I remain unconvinced that I got a good product at a fair price.

Very nice person, patient with my questions and concerns regarding grading/drainage. Was prompt and performed work on time. Overall a pleasant experience and driveway (finally) looks and drains great :)

It went better than I could have hoped for. I had my driveway pave about 7 years ago and I was very dissapointed with the rsults. Because of the work that R George did, it now looks better than it ever did. He was easy to work with, very punctual, and mos important to me Richie, was on site the entire time they were laying asphalt. I highly recommend considering R George, especially if you have a large driveway like ours.

I couldn't be happier with the results.
