Richie's assistant cleaned the surface of our driveway and then Richie sprayed on the sealcoat. Even after two rough winters the driveway is still looking sharp. I asked Richie to charge me the price he quoted when he resurfaced the driveway 1 1/2 years ago and he did as promised. I highly recommend this company.

It took several weeks for them to get the job done but he called several times to let me know I was still on his schedule. I was very happy with the job once completed. It looks great. I think he's honest and the price seemed fair considering it's a large driveway.

Overall they did a good job, the driveway looks great. Richie was very good at communicating with me when I had a question, and when he would be out to do the job. The only issues I had were they drove on the grass a few places, and since it was wet from the rain the day before it left some ruts in the yard. They also put the dirt, and sod they removed from a couple location in the drainage ditch in the front yard, and I had to clean it up.

The repaving went very well. I found R. George's to be very professional and did an excellent job on our driveway. The work was done exactly as described and we were given a very good description of how to maintain the driveway. I wouldn't hesitate recommending R George's to any of my friends and family.

Mr. George came out and did a great job sealing my driveway. He used much better sealant than a previous contractor, and provided some good tips for future maintenance. Plus he's just a cool guy.

Out of the three asphalt companies I found on Angie's List, Rich was the ONLY one to respond and within 24 hours. He was out the next day and provided me with an estimate. Three days later he was out and the job was completed. My driveway is no longer the eye sore of the neighborhood, it looks fantastic! He was professional, punctual, fair, and his work was impeccable. He did such a great job on our driveway that he ended up doing my neighbors as well.

I called R Geores Paving because there was a pothole in the driveway that the city required be repaired. When the first repair didn't pass inspection I called Richie George and he came back out and fixed the problem at no charge without complaint.

I requested an estimate and mistyped my contact number. Mr. George still came by my house and emailed me to let me know he could do the job. It was less than a week, he came by and did an awewome job. I will definitely use him again as well as refer family and friends.

Rich was great! He responded fast to our inquiry and was out immediately to give us a quote. Pricing was great and within a few days he came out to do the work. We came home from work to a completed driveway that looked better than we were hoping for. It looks amazing! The entire process was so easy and stress free. Called to ask if he could come earlier, since he had a cancellation; With a helper, they did the work, blocked off the driveway to cars & pedestrians.

Richie (the owner) was very responsive and came to my house to give me an estimate the very next day. Couple of days after I accepted the contract the crew was here to do the job. Richie was here almost all the time to make sure everything was done the proper way. Very satisfied with the final result.

They did an excellent job and their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Rich was very professional and responsive to my calls. He answered a number of questions that I had about the job. His team showed up and finished on time. It was easy to work with him.

I needed to replace my driveway, and I learned that all of the best driveways in my neighborhood were done by Rich George. I shopped around, and he gave me a better price than the three others I interviewed. He is very easy to work with, and very accommodating with his schedule (it was hard for me because I had other work going on at my house that needed the driveway). When he sets a date, he likes to stick with it so that he can arrange the rest of his schedule. He came the morning he said he would, and even though my driveway is larger than most, he finished within a day. I also had a drainage problem because rainwater flows down my street and across my driveway. Rich was honest and upfront about what I could and couldn't do with my driveway to prevent water flow, but he nevertheless volunteered (no extra charge) to build me a berm to help divert the flow.

Mr. George responded promptly to my initial call and got an estimate to me within a few days. He completed the work on time and both he and his crew were professional and courteous. I was very pleased as well as impressed and have already recommended R Georges paving to a friend who needs some work done.

Came and gave estimate without my having to be present. Called while inspecting job and discissed options. Performed worked when scheduled and built up areas. Toe-ed in at concrete apron and built asphault step at side door. My job was small (only 400 SF) therefore most companies have a minimun showup cost. Cost was within the $750-1250 expected minimun. Other estimates were way higher just due to minimun. And all comparisons were identicaal materials etc. A completely "stress free" job and I highly recommend.

Initially, Richie George was no easier or more difficult than the typical contractor to arrange to meet for an estimate. Once we met, he gave us a very reasonable price estimate and promised us a timeline that he then beat handily. He arrived promptly when scheduled and finished the work well within his time estimate. He then came back the next day to review the job and offer some suggestions as to ongoing maintenance. We would definitely use him again.

Richie George was a pleasure to work with. He repaved the driveway two years earlier (for about $1400). I hired him last year to put the first seal-coat on the driveway, and hired him again to do the second seal-coat. He's always been friendly, polite, punctual, and professional. I couldn't ask for better service.

Richie (R. George) was very responsive to our original call and did the proposal and estimate the next day. This was our second estimate, the first proposing to replace the entire driveway at over twice the cost of R. George. We did not think that was necessary. Richie was very responsive to questions and either initiated contact with us or promptly returned our calls. We found that texting in some situations worked well. He scheduled us for less than a week after initial proposal, came on time to do the work, and did a nice job on the driveway. He removed the roots so the driveway would be flush. It has nice defined edges and looks brand new. The yard was perfectly cleaned of any materials so you couldn't tell that they'd been there working, other than the finished product. Working with R. George was a very good experience. Ours was a very small job but Richie treated us like a big customer.

Easy to contact. Professional interaction. Somewhat more expensive than others for basic driveway seal, but quality of work was excellent. Had several cracks and seam from old driveway extension - these we filled nicely.

I've done business with Richie for over a decade, and he's my go-to man. I have a large driveway (I can park 17 cars on the lot; yes, seventeen) and it has some settling after a decade of use. He did a nice job of filling in the cracks, even those close to pavers (of a different color) and garage entrance, using coarse but same-sized black sand. It mixes nice with the sealer. He manages his time well; picked a picture perfect day to come out, and my driveway looks like new again. No other choice for me!

The job went well. Mr. George is a very experienced paving contractor. We like the fact that we dealt with him throughout the the entire process and he was on site when the work was being performed. The company installed 17 tons of asphalt on our job. The entire job was completed in one day, when scheduled, and within one week of the initial contact. Workmanship was outstanding and the site clean up upon completion was very satisfactory. All in all we are very happy with this contract.

Although this probably wasn't a "large" job, Mr George was prompt and punctual and fit into a larger remodeling schedule. His work looks first rate to me. The problems in front of the entry are solved so that guests (and I) will not turn their ankles or fall on rough places as they approach the door. I have no idea about whether the price was the lowest, because I took no other bids, but I do know from the personal recommendations of others and from seeing his work that the quality will be high. If the driveway lasts 4 or 5 more years I will consider it a bargain. I would recommend this company highly.

I received two quotes from contractors from a web site (that was not Angie's List) that were Identical. R. George was $400 less. He made an extension to our driveway as a parking space for an additional car and he made it level with the existing driveway. The other contractors said they would make it follow the downward slope of the land. He saved the grass he remove to put around the addition, which worked out well. When a pot hole formed under one of the tires of the car he came back and repair the pothole. He did not just fill the hole but added a whole new layer of asphalt making it look better than before. He did a great job.
