Senate Termite and Pest Control

The Senate team came in and cleaned up a giant mess in the attic of our new home. They blew in new insulation after they sanitized it and closed up holes in the vents. We are very happy to have them and also purchased an ongoing service from them to make sure the problem doesn’t get that bad ever again.

Easy to work with, punctual, and transparent. Some services seem costly but are relatively good for the basics.

The tech came out about a month ago and put down bait traps in our basement where I had caught a rat a few days before. He did a follow up two weeks later; we still saw indications of activity. He refilled the boxes. A week later, rats had gnawed a hole in my basement door. I called for the tech to come out again (as per my contract). This guy initially pretended like we were not home but my wife caught him before he left. He basically did nothing--he put a tiny bit of foam sealant around the bottom of the door. My wife asked him if he could seal up the whole basement and he declined. She asked him if he could put actual rat traps around the basement. He said he did not want to do that because we have dogs. She said we had put traps out before and we kept the dogs out of the basement. He said it did not matter because they do not use traps like that. What kind of exterminator does not use traps?? I have paid for a year-long contract. I am regretting it.I have to rat-proof the house myself

Absolutely terrible customer service. Beware this company operates in a very shady manner. I requested professional services but instead received questionable administrative actions that jeopardized my personal finances. They even took a call from an outsider, added that persons email information to my personal account without verifying even with me account holder for account safety and awareness, and sent out my account details including bills and everything in a grossly setup automated system. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this company headquartered at (Company Name Removed) due to their unprofessional handling of paperwork and extremely poor customer care and service.

Great service

Hired Senate last year to keep ants out of my kitchen addition. Was using peppermint oil previously to try to keep them out, since I have cats. Oil worked ok for a while, but ants began learning how to skirt around where I sprayed. Decided to hire Senate, and they have done a good job keep the ants outside. Have only had one time they got in last year, after a very heavy rainstorm (probably flooded their tunnels). Would definitely recommend using them, and the price is reasonable.
