Senate Termite and Pest Control

Great customer service at a reasonable price. Technicians seem to know their business and have been very courteous. I no longer worry about termites and insects/spiders are under control.

Good customer support from both the main office and field representatives.

Expensive and still see bugs outside.

Scheduled services for ants, spiders, etc in the home to have inside and outside spray and de webbing services are done. The technician arrives 1.5 hours late from appointment time without a call. The office contacted me asking to let the technician in, I had already returned to work, and no one was home. People like myself take off work to make appointments during the week and be at home.. not impressed. I said do not do anything today, we will reschedule as I would have to personally review working with this company in the future. My kids were home and reported that the technician went ahead and sprayed outside anyway. Left a receipt for full outside services back and front. Not sure how considering I have a locked 6ft wooden fence around my backyard. When I contacted Senate to cancel services because I did not trust their professionalism and timeliness, they asked me how tall the fence was because the technician is really good at climbing fences and probably did the back of the house... Good to know their technicians are great at trespassing and conducting services after I requested they did not. Weird company, weird customer service, expensive prices... do not recommend.

Used this provider in the past three years under contract. Very displeased. Technicians changed each time services were provided. Level of skills in providing pest control was highly questionable.

You sign a contract for one price and before the job is completed they increase the price. I called for squirrels in my attic and they were more interested in selling their termite and pest control services, even though it was not needed. I would never recommend Senate to anyone for anything.

I have been a Senate customer for several years now and have always been impressed with their service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and prompt. The entire staff at Senate does a great job keeping their customers informed about when to expect the technicians to arrive. That tells me they're respectful of my time too. I recommend them highly.

They accommodated our schedule as we had two pets to temporarily relocate while they did the work. They were on time and completed the job in straight order.

I absolutely love working with family own businesses. Initially I had a concern about the price in comparison with other companies and shared that with John (???). He was very transparent and thoroughly explained what all was entailed. The Service tech, Desmond came out and did an outstanding job. I believe this company is trustworthy to do business with.

Needed termite inspection for home sale. Technician explained everything that he was going to do and then reviewed his findings with me and answered any questions that I had. Very professional
