They did a good job, but they tried to upsell us and exaggerated certain things to sell us hard on the need for their services. Just try and get quotes from more than one company.

My problem with the raccoons was solved within three days although I paid for two weeks. I wanted a fee refund reduction but didn't get it.

We have had 3 inspections of the bait stations for rats including the initial placements. After the 1st 2 months, we extended the service for another 2 months even though there has been no activity at any of the 6 stations. The 3 techs that were assigned to setup and then follow up were courteous and allowed me to be with them as they did their inspection. They listened to my concerns and were professional. Raymond was the tech at the 2 month inspection and when there was no activity he offered to spread an insecticide around the perimeter of the foundation for insects. I received a call from the company about our satisfaction a month after we extended the service and when I told the person about not having any activity at the bait stations he offered to send someone back to inspect them instead of waiting for the 2 months to expire. I would recommend Senate for persons looking for pest control.

Been working with Eric and he has good experience where he knows what needs to be done the first time and the results have been excellent. I can add that all of the folks at senate have been very good to work with.

We had evidence of mice tunnels in the attic and didnâ t have enough insulation to keep the heat in. Senate insisted that we treat the rodent problem before we spent the money for the attic insulation. This approach differed from the other two estimates that we got from the competition, who were more interested in beginning the job ASAP. I greatly appreciated this â customer-firstâ common sense approach.
