They were extremely expensive with no results for mosquito control. It took calling three times and sending the tech away multiple times to cancel, and I still get calls from them.

Great customer service, no issues with rep or techs. However, for the price I paid for the service, I really could have done myself. I just freaked out. I hate anything that doesn't belong in my home. Thank God I didn't need extensive services. That's the only reason I would hire them going forward.

They were able to get out to my house the same day for an inspection.

Very professional. They were very flexible with my requirements. They accomplished in a week what would have taken me close to a month had I done the critter removal myself.

Sean was very friendly, confident, and knowledgeable about my mouse nesting problem in the attic. He checked the attic, which another company I had contracted with for a few years, never did a thorough inspection of my atticâ  s â  nestingâ  problem. I felt that I was informed about my situation, but not pressured, and the company will be taking the old insulation out, and installing new insulation, and ridding the â  horrorâ  in the attic.

Mosquitoes were eradicated for three weeks. Senate will spray one more time this season. Very glad I found them through Angie's list.

Came right out and got rid of hornets. Very polite and knowledgeable and professional. Office staff is great too. I would recommend this company for all of your pest control needs.

On time for the services amd let us know what to expect, what cautions to take and how long before getting back to normal.

Experienced horrible service with this vendor. We had a dead animal get into the open space under our home and died. We contacted Senate to remove the animal as it was causing a foul odor inside the house. Waited a week for a scheduled service appointment which turned out to be a site inspection and did not actually remedy the problem. Waited another week for a service appointment? while the smell of death was getting stronger inside the house. During the 2nd scheduled appointment technician sprayed for ants and set rodent bait stations around the house but did nothing to remove the dead animal or seal the entry points under our home which was the main point of the work order. Had to call their office and complain to get a THIRD service appointment scheduled another week later. On the third appointment, the other issues were finally addressed but meanwhile its been 4 weeks since the issue began so in addition to the expense of the service provider we had to spend a lot of extra $$ on air fresheners and moisture absorbers to place throughout our house to make it livable for the duration of this stressful adventure. All said and done they started a quarterly service contract for us that cannot be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Definitely do not recommend one thing I will say is that the technicians for all of the appointments were professional and knowledgeable, it seems most of the issues I experienced were due to gaps in communication between the technicians and the office staff who were relaying information for the upcoming appointments.
