I was kinda iffy about Safe House at first glance because of their mixed reviews but on further inspection you will come to understand that any legitimate reputable company with Experience will have a mixed bag and safe house has definitely been around the block for awhile now. As someone who personally manages a business I can attest that there will always be customers who wonâ t be satisfied for any number of reasons â pricing; quality of service, punctuality etc. All of these are valid concerns and reasons for level of satisfaction IF you understand the terms of the service beforehand. As long as you do your due diligence and ask the right questions you wonâ t be disappointed because you will know exactly what to expect as is the case with Safe House. Customers who donâ t bother to ask questions tend to end up being disappointed because they probably expected every service in the book for a lowball price

As I like to say perfect is the enemy of the good. SH may not be perfect but they are surely damn good and honest about its just my 2 cents.

The technician explained the process and length of time needed to do the job. I was pleased with the end result and will use them again.

Customer service was great! It was a little pricey compared to other companies that were recommended by the HOA but I didn’t see the list after the fact.
