Ibrahim did an excellent job on cleaning my dryer vent. He has a nice personality. He was very courteous and respectful. Since he was already here, he offered to checked the heating vents. I thought that was a nice touch since I only wanted the dryer vent cleaned.

Ibrahim showed up & spent the next 3 hours cleaning all of the vents in my large house. He also sprayed to dis-infect. The house is 42 years old & the vents had never been cleaned. I recommend this service. I also recommend Ibrahim.

Do not waste your time or money on these guys. They will not clean all of your unlimited vents. Total waste of time and money. Unprofessional appearance, and equipment.

They responded promptly with a price I thought was very fair, showed up on time, and got the job done right away! The only negative was that they tried to "upsell" us a very expensive antibacterial treatment and used minor scare techniques about illness..

Safehouse made my day AWESOME! There are no words that i can describe how good they are.. They came out today in a timely manner. as very professional, informative, and friendly, he made sure to get everything out the ducts. If you need service with your AIr Ducts, don't hesitate to call them.

I honestly could not have been happier with their service. They were very fast to respond to my request and were very easy to arrange an appointment with. When they were here assessing our rugs I could tell that it was more then just a job for them but something they are actually passionate about and take very seriously. I felt very confident when they left with our rugs. All of our rugs were delivered back to us in a week, looking more beautiful then ever and again they couldn't couldn't have been sweeter or more professional! They will be our go to from now on!
