Did a great job. Very professional. Explained what they were doing and how long it would take. I am happy after they completed the job.

When they observed that I had a lot of mold I was given choices on how they could treat it. I elected to buy the light machine that attaches to the furnace and works continuously to keep the ducts free of mold and bacteria. They were also polite and prompt.

They were professional explained process with recommendations however think the price was a little high so while I may recommend them I would also advise others to shop around some first I chose them because of the initial offer but ended up costing over 3xtimes initial amt for a vent cleaning and deoderizer it really doesnt matter how dirty the vents were that was the reason for the service requested .they were fast efficient buy left two vent covers off which i didnt realize until they left the end result the house smells a lot better but a bit pricey.

Not sure if they cleaned all the ducts, I was in hospital, and they were too quick to have did all the ducts

Johnny came in and told me he was the technician to do the job for $189.00 as agreed upon. I had spoken to someone in the office the day before and mentioned that I have four houses that needed the same services. He stated some additional charges which were not mentioned to me earlier. I called the office and the matter was promptly taken care of. These people are very professional and obviously take their business seriously. I will recommend them to anyone.

It was a very pleasant experience. Gerry was totally professional, a delight to talk with, knew his business, was efficient and it was obvious he knew his "stuff". My husband and I have discussed our experience several times since. We were more than pleased.

Email they sent stated unlimited vents and returns for $ 189 which included up 8ft dryer vent. Also said 2 technicians would be there. Good deal on paper. Only one technician showed up, charged an extra $ 200 for 2 mains even though there is onhly one main that runs two floors and tried to charge an extra $ 90.00 for the dryer vent. Luckily I kept the email on my phone I was sent. Tried to get a refund for the $ 200 but no luck. The main is connected to the vents, what gives?

I highly recommend this vendor. Eddie was very helpful when he came into my home. He made sure all my vents were cleaned thoroughly. Also inspected for mold and bacteria. I recommend the full service so you can get the warranty.

They were available to come even on Sunday, but I scheduled for a Monday. They called when they were going to be late.

Safe House were hired to clean the 90 feet of air conditioning duct system and dryer duct ---the work done was unsatisfactory. The technicians only cleaned the return duct and used only 15 feet of hose with brush. When questioned twice about only using 15 feet of equipment on a 90 foot duct system, they stated that that's all you need, the dirt further up in the duct work will fall down and you only paid for a "Special". Here in Frederick County, a "Special" price is a rate to encourage people to hire you and hire you back at your regular rates. Evidently, the employees of this company think "Special rates" are to do only 1/3 of the job they are hired to do. The dryer duct was never touched and the clean air returns were never vacuumed. I took pictures of a few of our clean air return ducts and they were filled with dirt and abundant amount of dog hair. I sent the company and Home Advisor pictures of our floor clean air ducts with hopes that Safe House would do the "Right" thing and reimburse us of our money. Not reimbursed as of yet.
