David was very nice. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure I looked at everything he was doing and why he was doing it.

OMG - this company is beyond fabulous - efficient, customer service oriented .a d3ecent price for the service - I feel that I truly received my money's worth and then some. They called t tell me when the technicians would arrive so I had no question that they were on their way. They were such nice individuals - and very efficient. I would very much highly rec9mmend this company and will use them again...and again...and again.

I would have rated them highly except that they did a very poor cleanup job outside after cleaning the dryer vent.

I didn't appreciate finding out that cleaning the two main lines cost additional money after the big promotional buildup for unlimited vent. Despite that the quality of work was good and the technicians were very courteous

Hired Safe House to clean my dryer vent. The crew was professional enough but there were a few things that stuck out that bothered me a little. Firstly, my appointment window was between 8 and 10am on a Sunday morning. I heard nothing from them until about 9:45 with the guy telling me that they would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later they arrive and perform the work. They told me that my dryer needed to be moved away from the wall to prevent the vent from crushing but in the process caused the dryer to become unlevel. They were willing to correct the problem but ended up having to ask me for my help. They went outside to take the screen off of the vent outlet to clean the remaining lint out of it, put the screen back on and they were finished. I looked everything over, paid them and sent them on their way. Several days later my downstairs neighbor caught me outside and told me that the screen from my dryer vent had fallen into his garden. Now I watched them put the screen back on so I know that it was done but I'm unsure of whether it was reattached properly. And now my dryer vent has no screen and I can't put it back on since I don't have a ladder tall enough. Overall not a bad experience but not really a good one either.

Well I needed a more costly service. But Eddie explained each step to explain why I needed this service. Very nice Crew very clean.

This service showed up 3 hours late. I was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. and the truck showed up at 11:00 a.m.

I haven't had my vents cleaned in years so I decided to get it done. The appointment was a window from 10-1. He showed up at 3...... 2 hours late and seemed to be in a rush. Also put a nice cut in my wall trying to seperate the vent from the wall because of the paint. Asked me for a trash bag of mine then left it in my bag yard open. After 250.00, I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Won't use them again.

Cost a fortune. They did not put my furnace filter in correctly. Had to remind them to put duct grates back, air not working properly since job was done. Not happy.

They were very efficient and polite. They made certain to not track any dirt into the house and it was very quick.

Get accurate pricing that is clearly explained so fees don't balloon.

The men were worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. The workers were very professional and obviously knew their jobs and did it well. The office staff that set up the appointment were also professional and organized.
