They are great

They are on time and describes their work along the way. Second time using them.

When the appointment was set up I was told that they would be able to take pictures of the inside of my ducts to determine if there was mold or other conditions I should be aware of. When the technicians showed up they did not have any equipment to do this.

WOW -= AMAZING SERVICES..... extremely thourough and proffesional, i neeed and air duct cleaning b/c of all the allergens i felt building up in the house and i was very happy with services....very puncutal, on time, cost effective - not cheapest not expensive- service outstanding. crew gave great recomendations and clean after themselves. GREAT JOB GUYS---WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This company quoted me one price over the phone and email when they arrived at my home it was something different

Needed to clean our HVAC and dryer vents - made an easy appointment at a time that worked for us. The cleaning crew actually arrived 2 hours before our window, but luckily we were home. Work was done efficiently and they cleaned up well. We did duct cleaning, and some mold was found so that was treated and sanitized, and that really ballooned up our bill, but I guess that's the price you pay for not cleaning every 18 months or so.

The company did not give information on their range of services before hand, and when they came they insisted on doing a number of "related" services. They cleaned a dryer vent that had just been cleaned and replaced. They left debris in my living room and other areas of my home after cleaning the air ducts. When I checked the "sanitized areas, there was no evidence of sanitization. I would not hire them again.

I had a great experience with Safe House. I had the air ducts cleaned and sanitized prior to moving in to our home. We had a neighbor park in front of our gate and I was so upset because the equipment wouldn’t fit due to not being able to open the gate all the way. These gentlemen did not just say o well reschedule, they took the gate door off the hinges and were able to fit the equipment through. When they were done they reinstalled the gate! I cannot say enough that they will go the extra mile to provide you with great service. Highly recommend.

While the technician provided good service, there was an accident that I am still trying to resolve with the company. The company has been less than responsive it's been more than 2 months and they still haven't fixed it. They call and don't come back. It's been a nightmare dealing with them.

The service was excellent. Apparently, the ducts have never cleaned in this home and now we have assurance that we are not breathing in dust and mildew!
