I had a full sweep and inspection of my chimney/fireplace plus my air ducts cleaned by Safe House with the referral of my brother. I was very pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule me and took the time to explain the service before coming out. Iâ d recommend SH to any friends, relatives or neighbors who need a local company thatâ s been in business for awhile now

Great price, Great timing and Great serviceâ ¦.I browsed through a few of the promotions offered to me through email and I ended up going with a deep cleaning for my air ducts (Full brushing and sanitizing) along with cleaning my blower and coils. As long as you clean your vents and inspect your unit on the regular you should be good to go for a year or so. Even five years is a bit too long of a wait to clean out your vents as you can imagine how much dust and debris is collected inside over a period of one month let alone a year (not a pretty picture).

I would definitely recommend cleaning your dryer vent on an annual basis to ensure maximum efficiency for your dryer machine and prevent long term problems like lint catching on fire.

If youâ re in the DMV area and could use a duct cleaning go with SafeHouse. They have experienced techs and agents who can help you out with any questions you may have regarding the service. I was referred to them by my neighbors who are all within the same block of each other. We ended up getting a multi-discount for doing the cleaning all at once so keep that in mind if you decide to do the cleaning seasonally

My friend used Safe House in the past via Homeadvisor and recommended that we use them as our main Air Duct cleaning company to clean out the vents and dryer tubing. I got a referral discount (obviously you need proof to receive it) and was happy with the service and pricing for the package I chose to go with.

got my thirty foot dryer vent cleaned out.....my appliance and electric bill are now both grateful! The dryer machine took forever to complete its cycle but after being cleaned itâ s working efficiently again and feels good as new thanks to SAFE House!

I was kinda iffy about Safe House at first glance because of their mixed reviews but on further inspection you will come to understand that any legitimate reputable company with Experience will have a mixed bag and safe house has definitely been around the block for awhile now. As someone who personally manages a business I can attest that there will always be customers who wonâ t be satisfied for any number of reasons â pricing; quality of service, punctuality etc. All of these are valid concerns and reasons for level of satisfaction IF you understand the terms of the service beforehand. As long as you do your due diligence and ask the right questions you wonâ t be disappointed because you will know exactly what to expect as is the case with Safe House. Customers who donâ t bother to ask questions tend to end up being disappointed because they probably expected every service in the book for a lowball price
