The technician was very personable, however he mentioned that there was mildew in the furnace and vents. which would cost extra to remove. I did not believe that was true, so I contacted my furnace provide who later confirmed no mildew. I noticed several days later, that 2 vents were missed (near the ceiling). The work that was done is satisfactory and the cost was great.

We have a stackable washer & dryer so had to clean from outside vent which cost more.

Excellent customer service and showed right on time and fit us in the schedule the same day! I only marked down the stars on the price because we only had one vent for our dryer but considering where we live it was worth the price. I will hire this company anytime that dryer vent needs cleaning again. I was pleasantly surprised to see him even sweep up the lint from the grass and put it in the garbage!!!
