They were super responsive and got me scheduled quickly! Communication was great they made sure to remind us of our upcoming appointment and what was needed to make the process smooth.

His team brought in the heavy equipment and went to work immediately. Service took a few hours as expected, before/after pictures were provided without us even asking and they cleaned up afterwards. Their fees were reasonable, and the customer service aspect couldn t be better. We would definitely recommend Safe House to local friends and family in need of this service.

From the get-go, he was attentive, professional, and respectful. He called 30 min prior to arrival, and we were actually late to our own appointment unfortunately, but he was patiently waiting for us when we arrived.

The ease in contacting and scheduling an appointment was effortless. I was also pleasantly surprised they were able to work with our schedule on considerable short notice. We received text confirm shortly after scheduling letting us know Alex would be our service technician.

We recently needed Air Duct service in our townhouse. I made several calls, researching many vendors, and was able to narrow it down to a couple local companies, Safe House being one.

Safe House did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent! Convenient and responsive communication and scheduling. The team that came out did an amazing job cleaning our 2nd floor dryer vent which was long overdue. So happy, that we ve scheduled upcoming airduct cleaning!

They were polite and helpful when I called to schedule. The fees were explained upfront. The technician called us 30 minutes before his arrival. He told us what he needed to do to clean our vents and ducts. The process went smoothly. It was very professional. It was the first time we had the vents and ducts cleaned and we appreciated our technician s thoroughness.

The technician arrived on-time, was polite, and got right to work on our duct and dryer vent cleaning. He gladly answered all my questions and was intent on making sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. Would definitely use them again.

From first phone call to service completion, Lowe s Air Duct Cleaning was responsive, courteous and professional. The tech showed up on time and made sure to keep our home tidy despite the messy work he was in for with our ducts. Our home was built 12 years ago and little did we know all the construction debris and dust left in our ducts. He showed us how dirty the ducts, etc. were prior to cleaning and the end result. We also had our dryer vent cleaned, and he recommended we have that cleaned each year. We are impressed with the quality of work and will use the again in the future. We highly recommend! I m looking forward to not having dust build up in 1 hour after dusting my house!

Team were great. They came the next day. They are clean courteous, explained everything well, and they even put runners down. They did a great job including cleaning of the dryer hose which required them to crawl under my deck to get to the exterior vent and they sanitized our duct work. Just an awesome job, very happy, and will definitely use them again and recommend them to all. Thanks!

Brilliant customer service and showed right on time and fit us in the schedule the same day! I only marked down the stars on the price because we only had one vent for our dryer but considering where we live it was worth the price. I will hire this company anytime that dryer vent needs cleaning again. I was pleasantly surprised to see him even sweep up the lint from the grass and put it in the garbage!!!
