Really bad customer experience. Duct cleaning, but really superficial -- sticking a vacuum down some of the vents in the house. Didn't show work completed, take pictures or clean up very well. Many of our ducts are in ceiling -- no idea if they reached them. Don't think so, as I didn't see ladder. Very focused up on upselling additional products and services. I guess that's the approach --get in the house with low price and then add to it from there.

It was difficult to communicate with them. They were not on time and ended up coming late in the evening.

He did a great job! It's a relief, especially during Covid, to have my ducts cleaned.

Fast and efficient

The service technician walked us through the steps he would take to clean our home and described the cleaning process and took pictures of the vents to be cleaned. When he opened a panel on our HVAC system, we were surprised to see mold on an area. He said he could clean and sanitize the area. He was professional and answered all our questions. He also cleaned our dryer vent of lint. We are planning to schedule this company to clean the heating and dryer vents at my mother's home.
