Went well.
Description of Work: We had purchased a chandelier to replace the one in our dining room. Although it weighed only 32 pounds, the mounting instructions were so full of warnings that I did not want to do it myself. Several electricians declined; when I emailed Kolb, they responded and actually downloaded the owner's manual to see what needed to be done ( there were some unusual mounting requirements). They brought a brace to replace the old box and the tech did the job.

Description of Work: Requested an estimate to install several ceiling fans. They never showed up and never called to provide an excuse. I called several times for a follow up - things happen... They did not show up again without a call. They called and apologised for the mix up - perhaps it was a computer glitch or a new technician? But they lost our business.

Description of Work: Restored power to a room that was without power for several years. The electrician diagnosed the problem and quickly arrived at a realistic solution. The power was restored with having to cut any drywall. He did an excellent job.
