Description of Work: The tech removed an outlet and some wiring in my basement so I could perform renovations, and relocated a switch for an outdoor light. Work was clean, price was more than I expected for the work that was needed, but with limited knowledge of the cost of electrical work, I assume it was on par. Staff was courteous and responded quickly and on time.

Description of Work: Changed both (2) ballasts and all (4) tubes in fixture. Although new parts are needed for this work, the electrician arrived without any new tubes. When asked why, the electrician replied that if carried on the truck the tubes break. In spite of my protests, I was charged for the time the electrician spent travelling to buy new tubes which he transported in his truck. The same job done by another electrician cost me $90 a year or two ago. (That electrician has since retired.)
