Our company is family owned & operated. This statement can mean several things to different people. Let us tell you what that statement means to us. Not only are we family owned and operated, the company name is our name. When we provide services for you, we are attaching our personal name to that service. Therefore, we put special attention to each job because our own name is on it. When we say family, we mean family. Our employees are part of that family. Honest, hardworking, always striving to give you the plumbing, heating or cooling service you deserve. Each technician is either in training to reach his or her certification or is already licensed and continuing his education. You can never have over-trained mechanics. Our company is ''just the right size." We are small enough to know your name, but large enough to handle any problem you have. Our company is growing but at our own pace; keeping track of who and where we came from to make sure you get your plumbing, heating and cooling services whenever you need us rather than having to wait for weeks just to schedule an appointment. Description of Work: I had my gas fireplace cleaned and inspected via an Angie's List special deal. I was very pleased with how easy it was to schedule the service and communicate with the company. The service technician was very professional and seemed to do a good job.

Description of Work: The Angie's deal was very comprehensive for my gas fireplace checkup. Two techs, Kenny and Bao, were early-- they called first and i appreciated the earlier arrival-- and did an incredibly thorough job. They did not try to upset me anything. As a matter of fact, I asked about getting new "embers" and in fact purchased them; I thought the price was reasonable and they had them on their truck. Had I not asked, they probably would not have said anything. I felt they really knew what they were doing and they left us with a sparkling and renewed fireplace. They were impeccably clean and careful. Highly recommend!!!

Description of Work: I took advantage of a "special" offer on Angie's list for a "check up". The on/off switch had stopped working and the gas was turned off. The technician repaired the switch and re-lit the pilot and it worked fine when he left. Small problem with a double charge on my credit card which was rectified with a phone call.
