The representative showed up on time (the only reason they get a passing grade in any category!), spent a good bit of time with me discussing my needs and told me that the company could petition WSSC on my behalf to repair an existing baffle in the sewer line. Then, then never responded with an estimate. When I contacted the company weeks later, they had excuses (rep was out of town, etc.) for not responding and sent out a different employee to run a camera through my sewer line ($400+). When he had completed the scan and made a preliminary report by telephone, it was clear that he was unaware of the sewer back-up problem, did not know why I had requested the inspection or what he was supposed to be looking for. When I explained it (again!), he told me the company would assess the film and my drainage/sewer issue and get back to me. I've never heard from them again. I will not call them back and would never, ever recommend them.

These guys forget that they are a service business. They are inflexible in scheduling and frequently make you wait. This is the case even if you pay for their "golden eagle" contract, which is supposed to provide some guarantee as to service and price. In addition, the quality of the work is uneven. I have had to call them back on a number of occasions.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE USED SHOE COVERS ON HIS FEET AND HIS WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. I WOULD CONTINUE TO USE HIS COMPANY.

THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER WAS MEDIOCRE AND NOT VERY GOOD, BUT THE ACTUAL REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE AND GOT RIGHT ON THE JOB. WE WERE TREATED WELL BY THIS COMPANY.
