Description of Work: Very personable. Great price. Mediocre product. I was disappointed when my couch was returned to me as the down cushions are now as hard as a board. The stitching is good, but whatever they did to the cushions is very disappointing. When I asked what was done, they said they had done nothing, that this is exactly what I brought to them. I will take the cusions to another upholsterer and see if the problem can be corrected.

Description of Work: J & C reupholstered four dining room chairs and a chaise and recaned a second set of dining chairs. The quality of their work was terrific. They had a fairly extensive fabric choice and provided good advice on how my choices would look once the work was done. I was pleased with the outcome of their work, the price, and plan on using them again. The work took about three weeks to complete, which I thought was fair.
