Description of Work: Cool Breeze replaced two air conditioners and air handlers/filters. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It seems like a very well run and customer focused business.

Description of Work: Rene came out to look at our furnace which was not working. He analyzed the problem correctly but advised us to get a new furnace. After getting several estimates, we decided to do the repair with another company. However, we were impressed with Rene's competence and caring manner.

Description of Work: Service performed on heat pump which was purchased one year ago by Vladimir. He was very professional and identified the problem - the original cap was malfunction. he told me he would order a new one to replace it (should be ready in Feb.)under manufacturer's guaranteed.

Description of Work: They change faucet which was suppose to be changed by America home shield home insurance but service denied because of their dishonest technician whom required me to pay around $800 to change two out door faucets.

Description of Work: Installed bleeding tube for condensation line. Nice person. Explained everything.

Description of Work: The inspection service was ordered and completed; however, I was not at the property (my tenants were) and requested the inspection report be emailed and did not receive. About 30 days later my tenants later complained that their electric bill was so high and BGE went out to inspect the unit and I was told that the refrigerant was so low. I believe this is something that should have been caught in the inspection as there was not a major leak or anything that would have caused the refrigerant to dissipate that much over a 30 day period.

Description of Work: I thought I was getting a good deal and couldn't go wrong if I bought all of my services from one company. The first tech came on talking about how much it would be for him to clean my vents, did as little as possible to check my furnace and was taking pictures of my kitchen sink to send to the other technologies who was paid separate to check my plumbing.I was told that both techs would be dispatched but the other one never came. I was called Thursday of that same week to say the plumber was at the door. I don't like businesses that try to dictate to ME what they are going to do with me as opposed to businesses working with me,the homeowner and still come late. I do not like tardiness.

Description of Work: Sprayed 1 outside faucet that was stuck, and replaced a faucet head and welded/fixed the other (2nd one outside) It went quite well, though I did think it was a bit pricey .

Description of Work: Our A/C unit is less than 10 years old. They wouldn't touch the reversal valve of the A/C unit. It was against their rules and they felt the A/C unit was too old. Their only suggestion was to replace the entire A/C unit. So we went with someone else who would fix the reversal valve at a reasonable price. And the A/C unit works just fine!
