Everything was fine. We were happy with the service. The worker was fine and thorough. They came within the window he said he would.

The service provider did not tune-up anything. He proceeded to inspect my furnace and tell me that I needed to replace the whole thing and that he didn't think that my furnace would last the winter. I ended-up hiring a second company to actually perform the tune-up and although my unit is in the later part of its life, the second operator said it was in good condition. After the service provider for Cool Breeze told me I needed a new unit and before I hired a second company, I said that I would be open to their suggestion because I do have an older unit. The technician said that he would email me a quotation to do this. I never heard from the company again. The promotion I purchased was a total waste of money. Wouldn't hire them again.

It was great. They came out a week after I bought the big deal. There were no additional charges for that service but he convinced me to clean my coils which was another $25 approximately. There were two separate jobs and two locations each. It was approximately 45 minutes each. It was done on the same day.

It was originally a furnace inspection, which the technician determined the furnace was no longer safe. As it was already extremely cold, they were able to quickly install a new furnace.

The plumbing department of this company came in a reviewed the job request that we had. They gave us a recommendation as to which sink would fit best into the space we had and the way that the pipes had been arranged. They went and picked up the sink and all the additional parts necessary for installation, arranged for the water to be turned on in that area of the basement, installed the sink, checked all the other water related products in the basement (full bathroom with shower) to make sure everything was working. They showed me the receipts for the product provided. Very professional, very pleasant, very knowledgeable...and they sent the owner, Ronen Aronovich, to do the work which made me feel comfortable about the diagnostic solution of the work.

They answered the phone at 7pm for my call. I had no heat and this company responded immediately. The cost was less then I expected and the technician was very pleasant to deal with

The Cool Breeze representative scheduled a time to visit our home in order to provide an estimate for ductless heating and cooling. He failed to show at the appointed time; he also did not call to explain. When I called, I was told his vehicle had broken down and we re-scheduled for the next day. He was accommodating and came at the time most convenient to me. However, while observing the house, he took no notes, generally seemed uninterested in the work, and he even answered his mobile phone in the middle of our conversation, and he never supplied an estimate nor followed up with a reason for not providing an estimate.

The contractor also inspected my inside unit and even gave me advice of how to keep it running well and how to clean the internal filter. This is my first home so it was good for him to provide the advice. I would definitely call them for future work that I may have

Our furnace was declared dead Saturday afternoon. The Home Warrenty company said, it would be 2 weeks, (because of holidays) but no more than 3 weeks before the dead furnace was replaced and we had heat. And of course that would be the low end furnace of their choice. So we wanted to exercise our right to choose and install our preference and decided to do the AC at the same time so that we had a good working combo. Ron came out and we came to a quick decision to go ahead and do a combo of heat and A/C, with upgrades to mid-level equipmant. That evening they brought us space heaters (by this time it was 50 degrees in our house). The install took 2 days, Monday the crew didn't leave until we had working heat. Then Tuesday, Christmas Eve, they came and finished up the job. Noe and Miguel covered our entry way floors ( it was raining both days), did an excellent job installing, were pleasant to work with, couterous and neat. They explained everything to us. So far we are pleased with their service. We expect we will say the same about the Bryant product down the road. The dead furnace was a 40 year old Bryant, so it definitely held it's value. We promise to write an update if anything arises, or at the three and six month intervals.

I purchased a Deal, and it took Cool Breeze a little time to respond. However, I am sure they were busy with the influx of people like me, in addition to their regular business during the winter. The service tech arrived within the 2-hr window, and was friendly and personable. I would have preferred if he had worn booties as it was raining out. Nevertheless, He was very thorough, and talked to me about the system, and explained the parts that he was inspecting and cleaning. I felt very knowledgeable afterwards. He was a great person to have service my furnace. He was so very humble and open to any of my questions. He also inspected the air filter and took pictures of the system to document his work. It seemed very professional that he made sure to cycle the system before he left to make sure that everything was in working order, and that nothing had been forgotten. It was a really great experience.

My furnace had been on the fritz for more than a month -- probably longer, but I didn't realize how bad things were until the weather started getting much colder. I initially thought the problem was the flame sensor (since the furnace would fire up for about four seconds, then cut off before the fan could kick in), so a couple of friends helped me find the sensor, and clean it along with the rest of the furnace.That seemed to work for a day or two, but then the temperature in our house started hovering around 63 degrees consistently, no matter what the thermostat was set on. I took advantage of Cool Breeze's Angie's List discount for the initial inspection, and I was able to arrange an appointment on the day that I wanted it. The tech was on time, and although I had hoped that I just needed to have the flame sensor replaced, I wasn't surprised to hear him say that my furnace was ancient, had major problems and needed to be replaced entirely. He also told me that it had a small gas leak as well (which I had smelled on a couple of times), and warned me about the danger of that situation. The tech was extremely informative, and told me the exact specs for the furnace I would need in order to save money. A certain level of BTUs and efficiency would eliminate the need for them to install a thicker chimney lining. My wife and I had concerns about the cost, even though it was nowhere near what I knew some of my friends had paid for new furnaces. We just hadn't been prepared for this kind of expense, so we were able to call and reach the manager (possibly the owner) with little trouble. He told us that there were payment plans available and gave us an itemized list of the costs. He gave us his cell to call if we had any other questions. So we set up an appointment to have the new furnace installed. And of course, after the tech left, the furnace started working fine again for the next couple of days. So I rolled the dice and canceled the install. Then, of course, the furnace died shortly after that, so I called to set up another install time. Even though we were admittedly kind of a pain in the butt, Cool Breeze still honored their original estimate, and they subtracted the amount I had paid for the initial inspection from the total cost of the furnace and installation. The techs arrived promptly for the installation, and were very courteous. And besides the expected banging and clanging (you have to expect a little noise when you're getting a hole punched in the wall of your basement), they were surprisingly quiet. The whole process took about 8 hours. I am thoroughly convinced that we would have had a hard time having a furnace of this caliber installed with that level of professionalism anywhere else.

They are really great. They did a phenominal job at a phenominal price. I would reccomend them highly to anyone.

They company confirmed the appointment via e-mail before the scheduled date. The technician also called 20 mins before he arrived. He showed up in uniform within the window. He was professional and taught me a few things about my unit noone bothered to show me before. The outside unit need an additional fluid which had never been replaced. He showed me the price list for the additional service and was done quickly. Will use again.

They came at the appointed time and did a good job.

Easily scheduled my appointment on line. The technician arrived prepared and on time. While performing the maintenance check, Henry pointed out my coil was bad and needed replacing. He took the time to inform me how the part functioned within the system and why it needed replacing. Weighing the cost, I chose to have Cool Breeze replace the part. Henry cleaned up the work area and was on his way. The maintenance check was very routine. The exceptional customer service happened after the Big Deal. Shortly after the tech left, I smelled gas. I didn't think too much of it since the gas burner was off during the summer. By the start of the third week of smelling gas, I phoned Cool Breeze mid-morning and explained my issue. Though I wasn't on Henry's schedule, the person who answered the phone let me know he was in my area and would come by once he was finished with his scheduled appointments. By late afternoon, and no call, I phoned Cool Breeze to make sure I'd not been forgotten. I was assured I was still on Henry's radar. By 7:30pm and no tech, I knew no one was coming. I'd already prepared what I was going to tell Cool Breeze that next morning (and it wasn't nice). My assessment was wrong. Henry phoned around 8:30pm, apologized for the lateness of the hour and asked if I was still willing to allow him to check the gas smell (his prior appointments ran long). I must say I was pleasantly surprised he would entertain coming through at that hour. (Now I could have said, no, but, I'm not playing with gas!) He checked the system, informing me all the while what he was doing, put some goo on the joints and magically, the gas smell/leak was fixed. I attempted to tip him and he kindly refused. In a day and age where customer service is often hidden, Cool Breeze performed above and beyond. I would recommend them and would use them again, if the need arises.

They came out, took care of business, and gave me great tips on how to care for our AC unit.

The service was wonderful! On time, efficient and he was very good at explaining the problem. We had a faulty pump and the technician didn't have the right replacement part, so he took the initiative to go get the part and came back the same afternoon and completed the job. Well done!

I split time between DC and Arizona. I just returned to DC and was shocked by the temperature difference and decided to turn on my furnace (which hasn't been used since last season). I expected the stink of burning dust in its first use of the year but it never happened - nor did any heat come out. I checked the thermostat and furnace and discovered the furnace was not working. I have seen the Cool Breeze trucks around so I called them around 10 AM. Surprisingly, they were able to fit me in around 1 PM. The mechanic showed up a few minutes early in a company uniform and was very polite. I told him what happened and he did his diagnosis. He told me it was the flame sensor and it would be around $200 to replace. An hour and a half later he was finished and we had heat.....and he only charged me $165. He also checked out the rest of our system just to make sure we weren't going to have any issues going forward. They were on time, clean, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know.

Install went okay for the most part, however, there were lots of problems that were uncovered later on as many repairs had to be made due to inadequate workmanship. In addition, I have had many many many appointments blown off the the owner Ron. He is always either late or a no show. Ron is a charming guy who likes to chat. As a result, he is always late for the next appointment. If you have a problem, they don't have enough staff to help you when you need it. Ron also has a short fuse and gets angry with any type of criticism or feedback you may provide. Very unprofessional!!! They may be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

A three men crew came and completed the installation in one day. There were some things which were not done and after calling Ron, the owner, someone came out and took care of them the next work day. The work was professional as were the workers. I am pleased with the results. Cool Breezes was the low bidder by a significant amount. This was the second time I had used them, they had installed a furnace and A/C for me on a rental property a couple of years ago. There was one area in which the company was not very responsive. That was in getting an estimate to me. After Ron came and looked at the job, it took quite a while and a few phone calls to get him to actually email the estimate to me. But when it came it was a very good estimate, sent with an apology and a reduction for the delay. The actual work was performed on time.

The technician Henry was exceptional

.I give Cool Breeze my highest recommendation. The technician who came to my house is Henry Hernandez. He was fantastic- very knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile in fixing my furnace. Henry arrived on time and conducted a very thorough check-up (it really was a 20-point tune-up, as advertised, including a check on basically every part of the unit). He also fixed a number of items that the previous service provider had left undone, i.e. putting in missing screws, etc. Cool Breeze seems to use technicians who are very knowledgeable and skilled. Henry identified one problem with the furnace condensation pump and fixed it without me even telling him it had been a problem in the past. I really appreciated that. Henry also identified an issue with the gas pressure, which he was able to fix. The charge for this was very reasonable. Again, job well done, clearly a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced company.

The technician Saul showed up yesterday on time and was very courteous and professional. He repaired the heater and everything is now up and running fine. I would like to thank the owner Ron,who has worked with me over the past month to resolve an issue with the Angie's list coupon details. He went out of his way to make sure to stay in touch with me, and in return, I have now used their services twice this year and highly recommend them.

I found one of those Angie's List deals for $49. Called the company that day and they had someone within the hour. The gentleman came and was polite. I explained the situation as well as what I needed for my insurance company. He inspected the system and even showed me where the problem was. He also took the time to explain why what I was seeing was a problem. He wrote a detailed report with estimate. I have nothing but confidence in this company. I will say if my insurer lets me chose the company to do the actual work, they will be getting my further business.

Cool Breeze was very prompt in responding to our initial request to diagnose the problem with our air conditioner; they came out on a Saturday and did not charge extra. The tech determined that the fan was not working and a new fan would need to be ordered. The initial part delivery was fairly prompt, but, when the tech came to install it, it turned out that it was not the correct fan. The company ordered the correct fan, but warned us that it would take about 3 weeks to get the part. It took far longer than that to get the part-- about 6 weeks-- and I called them multiple times to check the status, since they did not keep us apprised of the situation. Finally, in the middle of August, they installed the correct part and the air conditioner is working. During their last visit, we asked them to provide an estimate for replacing both our furnace and our air-conditioning system, but they have not gotten back to us in the past month. The techs were very prompt in arriving for each of the three visits, but the company was not terrific about letting us know their progress on the part or, now, of giving us an estimate for further work.
