Description of Work: Dave B gave excellent design advice (major small bathroom remodel), hires quality subcontractors, and stays on top of the process.

Description of Work: Jenny's completely renovated the full bath on the 2nd floor of my parents' house. They gutted it and replaced the tub, toilet, sink, cabinet, medicine cabinet, fixtures, etc. Although I have only renovated two other bathrooms, this was the best experience I have had. Dave is very responsive, and he completed the job as quickly as he said he would (unlike Kitchen & Bath Depot which took 5 times as long as they said they would). I also think he takes his work very seriously and tried hard to do a good job.

Description of Work: Called to get estimate on several jobs in my home, granted, nothing huge (installation of an exhaust hood, reworking of some plumbing in my bathroom, etc), but NEVER received a call back for even an estimate....is the economy that good?!??!

Description of Work: Received an estimate last fall for opening up stairwell in basement, demolition of storage room wall to open up to other living space and build of closet in another area of basement.

Description of Work: I HAD MY MASTER BATH STRIPPED TO THE STUDS SO IT WAS A TOTAL REMODELING JOB. THE NEW DESIGN REQUIRED DAVE TO MOVE THINGS AROUND. HE INSTALLED NEW TILE ON THE FLOOR & SHOWER, INSTALLED NEW VANITIES, UPDATED TOILET AREA, CREATE A 2 PERSON SHOWER (THIS WAS NOT A PREFAB UNIT) & A W/D COMBO IN THE CLOSET.

Description of Work: This was 3-day job that included drywall work throughout first floor, installation of shoe and crown molding in two rooms, filler and trim molding around existing built-in cabinetry, design and installation of a wooden "valance" above each window seat, and retrimming a picture window.

Description of Work: Repaired various holes in wallboard.

Description of Work: Purchased and installed a new basement door. The door had to be shortened, and a cut-out for the dog door created. The dog door installed and the new door hung.

Description of Work: I contracted with Jenny's Helpful Handymen to remove my existing chair rail molding in the foyer, dining room and living room. I then had them add a 2 piece chair rail in those rooms, as well as shadow boxing. In addition, I had two knee walls added in my basement with brackets, so I can add granite for a bar type area. They also prepped the woodwork for painting, including caulking, filling nail holes etc. Dave Bennington, one of the company owners, is the one who came out to do the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas. I felt the price was very reasonable for what I wanted done. I didn't pick "basic" molding, so my material costs were almost 40% of the total cost. They gave me an itemized estimate, and the final total was exact to the estimate.

Description of Work: I hired David for work on two closets. The first involved building out a closet from scratch as no closet existed in the space before. He put in the framing, drywall, rod, tracks and hung new doors; everything that was needed. On the second, he had to change the width of one wall. Also, I'd purchased the closet doors from Home Depot and they were too high for the space; David cut them down and installed floor supports to make it work out. The closets were completed on-time and were built and hung perfectly.
