I would rehire them

We had the roof tune-up inspection done as we noticed a leak during a rainstorm. Jonathan did a great job of replacing vent boots to address the leak, and repaired some small miscellaneous aspects of the roof in the process. Jonathan showed up on time, was professional, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. I would definitely go with AHC again.

had 3 skylights and a new roof put on. I bought black flashing, they installed white. I was told it would be fixed. A year later, I still have white flashing. 3 skylights were put in. All three leaked. Two were fixed but with a caulking that smells so bad you can't sit in the room when the sun is shining. One skylight - it's been a nightmare. FOUR people, including from the the manufacturer, have been here to look at it. All agree the window is a dud. The company will not fix / replace it. So, every time it rains, water pours in. Seriously tired of their excuses and am thinking of forwarding everything to a lawyer. One good thing - my roof leaked and they did send a guy out to fix it. It has not leaked since. Overall though, I do not recommend these people at all. They do not stand behind their work.

Did a great job of removing old aluminum siding, covering all the wood of the windows, and installing vinyl siding. Top notch!

Worst company ever. My sales professional Tyler Griffin was very rude and dishonest with what he promised. 3 weeks after the job, i still have trash around my property. The job was poorly finished (crooked gutters, uneven lining on side of roof, and down spots trapped lines for my outdoor lights). Just a horrible experience for me. I wouldn't recommend this company. Ever.

American Home Contractors completed a gutter tune-up for me in which I was in dire need of. Marc Burkett was my technician and he was times, efficient and fair. He did a very thorough assessment of my gutters as well as my roof and alerted me to some issues and potential hazards with both. He explained everything that was going to take place in great detail. From there, he cleaned the gutters very efficiently and picked up the falling debris afterwards. Thank you Mr. Burkett for you hard work, it is very much appreciated.

I hired the company to do a roof and gutter inspection for a tune up. Howard Shires the tech said he could find no issues with my house. He inspected the attic and exterior and said my house was in good shape. I was informed that the tune up was no charge as no work was required. Happy. He did also test my attic fan and found it to be failing. He advised me to have an electrician check it for repair.

Howard Shires, Roof Technician for American Home Contractors did the roof tune-up for us. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, courteous and comprehensive. Took before and after pictures of the repairs. Was on time and overall, provided excellent service.

Marc B. performed the gutter tune up. He inspected the gutters, tightened them where they were lose, cleaned them out, (very little debris was in the gutters as the gutters are above the tree line), and made recommendations for a couple of minor deficiencies in the gutter-roof shingle border. He was very courteous and answered all my questions while explaining the work he was doing. I would recommend AMC and Marc.

The company was great! The receptionist Kassandra Kimball was very helpful and did a follow-up call to confirm the appointment. Marc Burkett was the Technician. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Marc explained everything so I understood what he did and what the condition of the roof was.
