The job was done well and in a timely manner. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is that my husband and I had to call several times after the roof was completed before the warranty paperwork was sent as promised.

Did a good overall job. However, part of the deal was for them to install a new cupola I had purchased to replace an existing one. I was assured they could do it but no one on the team seemed to know how. Communication with the on-site team members was difficult since there was a communication issue with the gentleman who finally came to install the cupola. Also, they failed to do a magnetic sweep of the work area to pick up nails, staples, etc. When I told the salesman, he said they would be out to do it on Monday --- nearly a month ago. I am still waiting. I still find them today and had one nail go thru my tennis shoe and into my foot.

Crew showed up on time and worked steadily till finished. Friendly and courteous. Work was completed professionally and seems to be of excellent quality. I guess we will really find out the next time it rains. Salesman was friendly, professional and did not insist on hard sell tactics. Once I told him that I wanted to get other estimates, he gave me his quote without any pressure to commit to anything.

The installers and the product is great. I have problems with the customer service. I had a peice missing from my window upon install that I did not notice until everything was done and every one was gone. I have been trying to get this fixed since April 2. I also was harrassed about making the final payment although the technically the job was not completely done due to the missing piece. I also was issued a piece of letterhead that was hand written on as a final reciept after making the final paymen of multiple thousands of dollars. I asked for a permenant reciept and I still have not reciece this either. I would never refer this company.
