Very good service. I'm about 3 years late in leaving this comment so cannot remember the exact description of the work done, but everything still seems to be intact after having gone through quite a few storms already. The siding makes some noise when it's even slight windy, but that's probably the drawback of vinyl over aluminium.

American Home Contractors came to give an estimate for new gutters on our home. We liked the person (Josh) so much, we talked to him about the new slider doors we were considering getting for our deck. Josh gave us a quote way lower than any other company but, also showed us the quality of glass and hardware they use was comparable to all the other companies. They put their customer first, they take care of you thru-out the process AND they keep all promises made. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are wonderful!

Very good work experience stay on schedule

We had 17 windows replaced by American Home Contractors. I was very pleased with John Parker, the salesman. He is great to deal with. The window product is also very good. His installation sub contractors did not meet my high expectations. 1) They badly mismeasured one window, leaving a 1" gap between frame and window, that is filled with caulk. 2) They damaged two walls and did not repair this damage until called back. 3) The work crew supervisor was unresponsive to our concerns about the framing of a bathroom window. 4) The interior finishing was rushed, and required 8 hours of additional repair. I have more, but no more space.

After interviewing 7 different contractors - I chose AHC. The window quality was good, the salesman was top notch and the price - though not the cheapest, was the most reasonable for the quality window I wanted. I had 9 double-hung, full screen vinyl windows installed. It took three weeks from signing the contract for my windows to arrive and another week to install - since I was out of town. It took the team of two app. 5 hours to tear out the old windows, install the windows, cap them and then clean up both inside and outside. They were so fast - I got to rehang all the blinds, shades and curtains before nightfall.

My experience so far with American Home Contractors has been wonderful. AHC is very reliable and I am very pleased with the response time of the gable vent work that was done at my home. I want to also send a special thanks to Mike who took care of the gable vents for me. So far I am pleased with the roof that was installed in three hours on Friday, March 21, 2008. It hasn't rained since, so I have yet to see it perform. I believe Ken told me that the Gutters and Downspouts from Leafaway will be installed today. So far so good AHC has been there for me and have answered all of my questions. Overall, I will give AHC a ten.
