Work was not done in 2-3 weeks as written on the contract. It took two days for just the roof to be put on. The shingles are not overlapping and you can see the nails they used. Shingles are not as strong as a piece of wet cardboard. I called to ask questions before and during the process I'm told they will call me back and they do not. The salesman went on vacation. I spoke with two different men who state they were part owners Steve and Ken. I have to call them today to state that the job was poorly done. How could you pass the company off as Pre-Screened? I do not want them to replace the gutters as is in the contract with work this shody.

American Home Contractors demonstrated professionalism every step of the way. Mike provided a very reasonable estimate for tear off and replacement. The estimate was clearly detailed in writing. The shingles I chose are guaranteed for life and the workmanship is guaranteed by AHC 10 years. The work had to be postponed for 1 week due to weather but on the rescheduled date, 4 guys showed up right on time and worked their butt off until dark to get the job done in one day. The architectural shingles look great. The new roof along with all new flashing and give me a new sense of security. Clean up was fantastic. I haven't found a single nail.

They did a great job. Everything was accomplished as I asked to be and was written in the contract. The worked was finished on time and in addition looks great. What more could I ask for?

They installed a 9 ft., 3 panel sliding glass door with a right side opening. Door is not symmetrical. Instead of making the door properly, they put the 2 two stationary windows together and stuck a door on the end. I was referred to the rep of the manufacturer of the door who said he would get back to me. When I didn't hear from him after a couple of weeks, I called the head of American Home Contractors, who also said he would get back to me. That was in February. It is now May and I have heard from neither. Needless to say, their 100% satisfaction was wasted on me. I am stuck with this funny looking door and I am not satisfied.

My experience with American Home contractors was pure bliss, I worked with Ricardo, who was very nice and professional and patient as we where very indecisive about a lot of things. He made sure everything was perfect. I can say if i have another project that they can help me with, I will defiently be calling them and asking for Ricardo .

They couldn't have been more accommodating or professional. They worked longer hours due to forecasted rain. The project manager, Josh, was terrific in adjusting to our changes, and schedule. Our neighbor liked the result so much; he also signed a contract with them! Definitely will use them again, and they have our highest recommendations.

Overall the service was satisfactory. AHC installed all my 12 windows in a day. I would recommend AHC to others.

They were prompt, easy to work with, gave an affordable quote and finished the job in one day. Mike Ayers, the project coordinator, came by twice during the roof installation to make sure the installation was to my satisfaction. I received 8 quotes, and they were in the less expensive half. I initially selected them because they gave a 25-30 year warranty on not only the shingles but also the labor. No other company (out of 8 total companies) gave such a warranty. I would use them again without question.

Outstanding. The team was professional in every way. Most notably, the installation crew was courteous, professional, efficient and exceptionally tidy for a job of this nature. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in window replacement. I also elected to replace my shutters, and received another exceptional product and delivery. The entire experience was painless and I was left with beautiful windows and shutters.
