I had AHC perform a roof tune up. The technician, Steve B., arrived as scheduled and could have been there before had I been at home. He explained the process before beginning the work and completed everything timely. After completion, he showed me the work he did to repair problem areas and gave my pictures to illustrate. I would recommend Steve and AHC to anyone interested in the roof tune up service. Thank you Steve and job well done.

We've lived in our home for over 30 years. We've had many companies serving our home, and Dave Kegley is at the top of the list. He provided excellent service, a quality job, and went above and beyond. He asked good questions, gave before and after photos. It was an excellent value. He's a congenial quality service provider. He had concerns about my roof, showed me pictures, and I invited him back to fix those concerns.

Overall, a good experience.

When I made the decision to have my roof replaced I solicited three bids from Home Advisor contractors. Honestly, there was very little difference in the price, presentation or the quality of materials being offered. I elected to go with American Home Contractors based solely upon the number of positive reviews I had read regarding this companyâ s work performance and professional integrity. I made the right decision. The entire process was transparent & flawless. They delivered the materials on the day promised only I was pleasantly surprised to find that no trailer had been placed in my driveway as I had been previously cautioned. The next morning I left for work at 3:45 a.m. and returned at 2:30 p.m. to discover a new roof had replaced my decades old multi-layered peeling shingles. And, there was no evidence of any residue materials, nails, etc. whatsoever on the property. An amazing job!

Shaun Dunevant was very knowledgeable and professional when he visited my home and gave me a thorough presentation of the project and a quote. I received quotes from three different companies and the quote from American Home Contractors was almost half of what another leading company quoted. Another quote was competitive; however, I wasn't impressed with the company's customer service. AHC was highly recommended by a friend so I chose AHC. The materials were delivered as promised. The workers arrived early the next day and completed the work within six hours in spite of the extremely hot weather. They were very clean and left no sign of debris. My new roof completely transforms the appearance of my house. Like my friend, I would highly recommend American Home Contractors to anyone who needs to replace a roof.

I contacted several companies for an estimate on new gutters and downspouts. American Home Contractors was my last and should have been my first. I would have saved a lot of time and frustration. James was the rep who came to my house. I canâ  t say enough about his personalized attention and expertise. I showed him my best estimate for the work I wanted done and he beat it by several hundred dollars. James was simply put the go to man for honest, professional, and friendly assistance. He explained everything in detail and guaranteed my satisfaction with the work. I had new 6â  à  gutters and 3â  x 4â  downspouts to accommodate more water flow during especially heavy rain. The crew that came was very competent, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up very well. James returned a few days later to inspect and make sure I was totally satisfied. Get all your home improvement estimates for comparison, but make American Home Contractors your first call!

American Home Contractors did an amazing job on 2 projects in my home that not only make the house beautiful, but also will save me money in the long run. James did a great job of providing me with the necessary options and information to make an informed decision about my purchase of new windows and new door. He was very communicative and professional, providing a detailed estimate...which other companies I received quotes from for the same project failed to do. I knew exactly what I would be getting and exactly how much each part of the project would cost. I had such a great sales experience with James, I decided to have them replace my gutters as well. The work was done quickly and looks fantastic. I'm very pleased. When it came time to replace my windows and door, both James (sales) and David (installer) called me to let me know my parts arrived and scheduled a convenient time to complete the project. David's team came in early and worked extremely efficiently to complete the project in a matter of hours. They were very clean to the point you would not have known there was work being performed on my home just a matter of hours previously. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Dave just finished at my house. He was prompt and efficient. He explained everything to me, showed me pictures, fixed any problems and was kind to my dog. Now we'll get an estimate for next steps.... Definitely recommend.

My roof is 18 years old, and this is the first time I have worked with this company. I asked them to inspect my roof and gutters and make necessary repairs. The inspection went well, and the roof is in good shape, just minor repairs. They recommended the next inspection in two years. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and their review of the work included photos of the roof showing the work they did, and the overall condition of the roof. The gutters were in great shape so I was not charged for that part of the inspection. I found the team, Chuck and Jim, to be very knowledgeable in their field, and answered all my additional questions concerning the current status of the roof, etc. They were friendly and honest and I plan to recommend them to neighbors and friends. This will be the company I will go to when I need to get estimates/work on external home repairs/replacements. When it comes time to replace the roof -- this is the company I will contact for the work.

The installation crew knew what they were doing. All of the work was done professionally, and exceeded my expectations.

I hired this company back on 5/19/18 for a roof repair. I had a gentlemen come out and actually showed me pictures of missing shingles on my roof from a recent storm and advised me I needed to have it replaced. He was perfect, professional, and on time. He scheduled me an appointment meet with (Sam) their insurance specialist to help me with making the claim for the repair. Sam also was great walked me through the process and always answered when I called or had a question. I started the process back in May with this company and didn't have my roof installed until the 1st week in August. Again Sam answered all my calls leading up to the installation and kept me informed as much as he could. During the weekend of the installation, I advised Sam that I would be out of town with my family on vacation which he advised wasn't a problem. When I return home from my vacation, the roof was replaced but there were some things that were troubling to me. First thing I noticed was the giant tool laying in the middle of my lawn which looked like it was probably used to remove the old shingles from the house. Wasn't happy to see they hadn't clean up behind themselves but hey mistakes happen. Second thing I noticed was that the gutter overtop of my garage was bent from what looked like indentations from a ladder most likely to gain access to the roof. Finally I noticed that on the front of the house I have what I would call faucets one of which was tilted and obviously different from the others. These things were troubling to me but up to this point I felt this company would be on it and address these issues ASAP. I also hadn't made my final payment to the company and wasn't going to until all the necessary repairs had been made. Weeks went by with nothing done and I get a call from Sam requesting half of the final payment just to pay his guys. He was definitely understanding of why I was uncomfortable with that but assured me it would be taken care of. Reluctantly I did make the final payment in its entirety because I believed Sam to be a man of his word and I had no reason to think otherwise. My roof was again installed on the first week in August 2018 and needless to say that as of today 1/6/19 the issue with the faucet on the front of the house has still not been repaired. I've called the company directly, I've reached out to Sam and been told the repair order has been put in and still nothing. I'm not asking for much only what I've paid for. I have been more than patient with this company but this is ridiculous. I guess that's what I get for giving the final payment without the job being complete. I've taken pictures that were time stamped and hoped I could upload them with this review to show you the quality of the work this company did. Full disclosure they did replace the gutter overtop of the garage but no one ever came to retrieve the tool. I guess making sure their customers are satisfied is not their top priority and if it is I sure don't feel the lo

They were willing to work with me to accommodate budget rather than push to sell me something I didn't need or couldn't afford. I had confusing circumstances with sokar panels on my room and were always willing to change their schedule to meet mine.

My only complaint was that they were slow in getting to my project. They didn't reconnect the drain to the gutter.

I've been pleased with the service I received from this company. The guys that came out to evaluate the roof gave an honest assessment. They advised me to repair rather then replace the roof. Mike G. came out today to do the repairs. He was polite and respectful. He carefully explained everything that he observed on the roof and what he fixed. He explained what should be done if I have problems in the future. I would definitely hire the company again. When I do decide to get a new roof in the future, they are the company I will call.
