American were great to work with! From the estimate to the final product, they were there to answer questions and help in any way possible. American made me feel like I was their only customer and not just another job (which is a great feeling). I would recommend American Home Contractors to anyone who asked.

The installers DJ and Roberto came today and did a complete, thorough job, taking less than 4 hours to remove the old windows/screens and install new ones. They finished the outside caulking and DJ gave me a demo on operating the windows and providing instructions to let the caulking settle/dry before installing blinds. I was pressed for time and the job took longer than advertised (7 weeks, as opposed to the 5 estimated when I signed the contract). I e-mailed Josh a suggestion on how to make the job go a bit faster. Other than the delay, the job went well once the windows were delivered and DJ and Roberto installed them immediately.

Roof installation was fine, but salesman sub-contracted out the aluminum wrapping to someone who didn't know what he was doing...actually encouraged water intrusion...2 times he got it wrong. I with held final payment until owner finally got involved. When owner found out what had happed, he resolved the problem immediately. He used he own workers and reworked the entire project to my satisfaction.

Unequivocably perfect. We are experienced, knoledgable and assertive homeowners and have contracted numerous projects over many decades. Without exception, this was our all time best experience. Joshua Dunevant was the representative who came to our home, coordinated all aspects of the project, and flawlessly executed everything, He is personable, genuine and professional, and delivered everything he promised, efficiently and on time. The crew were remarkable. They were energetic and precise, clean cut and respectful. The installation is superb and they clearly take great pride in their work. We are completely satisfied.

Professional and impressive presentation skills. Answered our questions and made suggestions as to how to do our project in an efficient and economical way! Our project is now completed and everything was superior. Our Project Manager,Joshua Dunevant was a pleasure to deal with and was on top of the job from start to finish,leaving no stone unturned or issue unresolved immediately. If you want it done correctly and professionally hire these guys. We are thrilled with the results!

I was getting estimates for Ultra Timberline, I decided to go with American Home Contractors, for the price. I found out later it was for HD Timberline shingles and not Ultras so there was some miscommunication. The contract was changed by Chris Hamilton. I would recommend anyone who deals with the company to make sure they have everything down in writing. The workers did an excellent job, they did have to come back to reinstall my siding piece that fell during the shingle installation. Also, the nails and debrie could of been picked up better.

Installation was 5 wks. after contract signed, by a professional and mostly efficient crew (clean up could have been a bit better). Materials for some finishing work were forgotten and necessitated a return the next day, a bit of an inconvenience for us. We said we did not want a subcontractor to do the job and were assured that this was the contractor's crew. We found out later the crew is a subcontractor who works exclusively for the company, but would have appreciated an explanation beforehand. The job was completed satisfactorily however, so we would recommend with the caveat about subcontractor status. Windows are very high-quality.

We recently had our siding and all windows replaced by American Home Contractors. Steve was able to accommodate our scheduling needs and came in with the best price and value for the money of six contractors interviewed. There were two separate crews for the windows and for the siding. Both teams worked quickly and efficiently with beautiful results. With respect to both teams, the work was performed when promised, and the craftsmanship was excellent. The vinyl siding and windows make our 40 year-old split-level home look brand new. We are very satisfied with the overall job and would highly recommend this contractor.

They work fast and clean up well. A very good job. A little pricey but great value on the transferable warranty.

AHC called me back in 15 min. and had the job completed that Friday. I was very pleased with the work they did and recommend them to everyone.

I couldn't be happier working with Josh and American Home Contractors. From the sales presentation, materials used and work performed all was top notch. I even had a few discussions with the owners in regards to the work, they promptly addressed my concern and have earned another great review. I perform much of my own home improvement projects which make me very hard to please, I can say there workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding.My roof and siding were done by AHC.

The deposit required was very nominal compaired with other contractors. The installer did a great job and returned to replace one window that was damaged. I did not have to go back through the selling agent to get the second window replaced.

My experience with this company was positive from the initial estimate, which included details on the products available and the costs and benefits of the proposed products. The experience continued with timely follow up from the time of signing the contract until the day the work was to begin. The day the crew came to do the roof tear-off and replacement was even more impressive with a professional group of workman who worked over 13 hours on this job to complete it. I am highly satisified with the my experience with American Home Contractors.
