At first, I agreed but then I thought about how the payments would impact my financial comfort. So, I submitted a cancellation package. The project manager called me immediately to help me. He found a lender who could meet my terms. I was a little apprehensive thinking it was a luxury purchase. But I have taken care of two issues...insulation and cosmetics. My house looks awesome and I should get a downward cost in energy usage. I am very happy with my decision (with AHC's assistance) to get this siding job done. Their workers were very professional and polite ... and fast (4 days).

His team did a great job. Mr. Moir was very friendly and helpful without any pressure. I would definitely use them again if I have similar needs, and would recommend them to my friends.

I consulted 4 total contractors for windows replacement. I selected American Home Contractor. I definitively recommend this company for several reasons. Their sales approach and after sale services are definitively first class , listening to their customers and proposing by far the best solutions among the 4 companies I consulted. The execution of the contract has also been excellent, according to the terms of my order.

Joshua was very attentive and helpful while working on our estimate. Once the work started though things went downhill. I had to make sure everything was done that was listed on the estimate, as it seemed like the foreman had not been told about some of the work ahead of time. They broke some drywall in the ceiling during the repair and the mess left behind from that and the subsequent repair was substantial. Weeks later we are still cleaning up insulation bits and spackle dust. We still have not gotten a receipt despite multiple requests. We shouldn't have paid until everything was 100%.

Matt Garrick came to my house on a Saturday for an estimate. He spent an extraordinary amount of time explaining everything and answering my questions. . He is very friendly and personable. Matt was always available by phone or email to discuss my issues. Once I decided, he was able to schedule the roof quickly. I commend his team for working so hard on a 100+ degree day from 7am-5pm on my townhouse to replace all of the plywood . They cleaned up great and even retrieved some materials off my neighbor's deck (saving me a lot of grief). Even offered to rearrange the plants on my deck!

In addition to the new roof system for my home they also put a new roof system on two sheds as well as replaced existing gutters and rain spouts with new larger ones. They were able to reconfigure the gutter system to work more effective and efficient. Finally, they were showed up and and finished the job on schedule. Highly recommended!

Good group of guys who work very hard. Even did a great job with clean up which was my main concern about having the roof replaced. We lost some flowers from th debris coming off the roof but I guess that is to be expected.

Mark, Senior Field Rep, delivered a total GAF roof system. The job was started on time and professionally installed.

When we needed new siding on our home, we interviewed several contractors. American Home Contractors came in with the most competitive bid by far. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product, the professionalism of the installation team and with the service we received from Matt throughout the process. He was available by text, phone and email to answer questions and resolve problems from the time he showed up to give us the estimate until the job was done. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone considering a siding or roofing project.

This company was great to work with from the first phone call. They do excellent work in a great manner and time. AHC also came to our house to get the measurements and gave us the quote, where other companies had to mail the quote back. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Thanks to American Home Contractors and Matt Garick I have a well installed roof which is also beautiful. Matt was very professional and personable. He was both the sells person and project manager. Thanks to him I was able meet the lead roofer before the install date. I had met with 4 other contractors. AHC was the bested quality for the money.

Sheana and Steve were very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and provided a detailed quote which turned out to be the lowest of the 5 I obtained. Steve worked us into his schedule quickly and the work was done in one day. This was a complete roof tearoff and replacement including all new plywood. Nelson and his crew were attentive to all of the important details, including some specialty items I requested. Cleanup was thorough and all aspects of the job were done right. The communication on scheduling and follow-up was flawless. I will definitely consider AHC for other work when the need arises.
