Description of Work: Set up one appointment to look at our AC, no one showed. They called and apologized the next morning, and said someone would come out this afternoon. Once again, no one came. Very unprofessional!

Description of Work: We have a service agreement with this firm that is supposed to save us a certain percentage on their work. We had them bid work outside of the maintenance agreement and we won't do that again. Our job was with one tech and it took under 2 hours to complete the duct work in the attic using parts that are not very expensive and readily available at Home Depot. The tech saw the job and provided a bid which was questioned with the tech. The pricing was also questioned with the office during scheduling. The office did not respond to an email inquiry so a phone call was placed wherein we were promised a call back regarding the pricing. A return call never came but a service call was scheduled. The tech did not show at the agreed service time so another call was placed to the office. A tech called back and promised another call back, which did not occur. The tech just arrived later that day and did the job at his original bid price.

Description of Work: Heat was not coming on. Tech checked the entire systtem, Cleaned and tightened some things and it it started to work. We've been great ever since. Tucker AC & Heating also installed a new AC Unit for us last summer (2011). They were repsonsive, courteous professional, knowledgeable and the price was good. i would highly recommend them
