Thank you for your review. Our records indicate that we found a leak at your indoor evaporator coil. Anytime you have refrigerant added, while the system will appear to operate properly there is no way to know how long until the refrigerant leaks out again. Our records also don't indicate we were informed of the problems 2 days later. It is our policy to return at no charge and would have given back the cost of the original repair with the replacement of the indoor coil. There are many different choices available when purchasing new equipment. The system you purchased has a 12 year manufacturer's warranty, the longest warranty in the business. Description of Work: They were a little pricy. Everyone else was charging less for an inspection (around $80-$100) and they charged me $130. They were not able to exactly pinpoint the problem, but they sent out another guy at no extra cost, which I did like.

Description of Work: Tucker's did respond to my inquiry on Angie's List. It took some effort and alot of time on hold to reach anyone by phone. When I did get a call back I was advised to make a purchase for service through the site, which I did. After that I heard nothing. So I'm about $70 out of pocket for nothing. I went with Wyant on a friend's recommendation and am very pleased with them.

Description of Work: They installed an auxiliary heat/air conditioning unit in our family room. The whole experience with Tucker's was positive. They came and installed the unit for half the cost of another estimate. That included a one year free checkup. They followed up on that, and everything had worked well.

Description of Work: They performed a "Fall" maintenance check. Everything went well, all readings checked out and I had them install a voltage regulator while they were here because at start up it was drawing more amps than manufacturer recommendations.

Description of Work: Diagnosed furnace issue that was preventing both the air conditioning and heating to fail. Diagnosed a bad circuit board after thorough diagnostics. Tuckers failed to follow up for a week but did eventually come and fix the problem asap after I contacted them. Only gave me minimal discount after making us wait during a cold week. Robert was a great technician, who did both the diagnosis and repair.
