Description of Work: Arrived for appointment, inspected oil burning boiler and suggested that there was more work to be performed on the unit than what I anticipated. I paid for the inspection and the technician said the owner would price the work needed on the existing boiler and also provide a replacement cost because of the age of the boiler. I called 5 separate times over the span of a month and a half and was told that the estimate was being worked on, that the owner would get back to me, that the owner would call as soon as he was off the phone...none of which happened. I was extremely disappointed, especially after my initial dealings with the owner when he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing the nature of problems with oil burning systems and how his company services home heating systems. I was very disappointed in the fact that there was absolutely no follow through or subsequent communication after the troubleshooting call.

Description of Work: Went well, charged a little extra for 'extra time worked' which was annoying because they didn't mention that beforehand, but the technician was very professional and got the job done, which is much better than I've experienced with other vendors before.
