I called about 8 in the morning, and the technician was able to be at the house within a couple hours. The repair was made on the spot.

We found a better offer, but they were very nice and the person came after hours.

They were friendly and on time. They did a thorough inspection and detected the problem. They gave me the option to fix it or not and were very prompt and helpful. I was able to fix the problem myself.

My heat pump had stopped working so I called Tucker's because I had met the owner at the Montgomery Village Home Show. A technician arrived within a short period of time and did a complete inspection of my heat pump and furnace. He showed me the problem and made recommendations but was never pushy. He also recommended having an air duct cleaning before installing a new system . I am very thankful that he did because black mold was found and removed. The new system was installed without incident in an efficient manner. Every person I dealt with has been very kind and helpful. The company notified me when it was time to schedule my semi annual check up. The technician arrived on time and answered all of my questions. I feel this company is honest and fair .They have added two plumbers to the company and in plan to use them .

I decided to sign up with a contract with them for a bi-annual service plan due to an advertisement in Angie's List. We're very happy with them. It's nice to be on a plan I can rely on, and be on their calendar for service.

I don't know. It's a pain in the a** getting any communication out of Tuckers. The last time I called they said they were waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them about the standard-size return vent filters, and that was two weeks ago. If I don't hear them in another week I'll probably go with someone with quicker access to the filters I need.

The service was kind of mix. They shouldn't show up when they were supposed to, the first couple of times, but eventually the got here, and I thought that their work was good. They were supposed to follow up with a quote for some additional work, and they didn't do that, so I called them and they didn't call back. This was last year. This year, I got a call out of the blue for someone to come out and do the maintenance thing, and I mentioned the repair work in the order. Somebody came out to do it, and he said there was nothing wrong with it, he looked at the condenser as well. I am not sure I would use them again. I talked to this girl who was kind of new there, and she was new there, and she mentioned that she had been trying to point out the issues with the scheduling.

They were on time and had a professional attitude. However, the first person from the company removed 1 part out of my my air conditioner and it worked for a few hours. The next person came in and told me I would need a new air conditioner. I called the person who works on my parents air conditioner and he said the initial part put in by their first representative is what caused it to malfunction, we had to purchase a $75 part from Home Depot and paid the repairman for his time @$75 and the air conditioner worked fine all summer. If I had listened to them it would have cost a lot more

The service was excellent. They matched the lowest price we received. They came out and installed the next day. They even had someone come out and check to make sure it was working after it was installed.

I used Tuckers AC twice...once for an air conditioning problem and just recently for a heating (or lack of) problem. The techs are very knowledgeable and are alway in and out with problem solved. I highly recommend Tuckers AC and will continue using their service.

Since this company is a favorite with my neighborhood, I did not get estimates. They replaced a 30 year old system. Chris sold us the system (came for service call) but did not try to oversell. Justin was here for installation. Very prompt and polite. No problems with passing county inspection as others I know have had with another company. I opted to add a whole house humidifier and can feel the difference in my skin so am glad I did. Recommended.

We got an error message on our thermostat so called Tucker even based on Angie's list. Even though we were not existing customers the technician returned our call on a Sunday, did a quick evaluation of the problem and walked my husband through resetting the thermostat over the phone! We will definitely call this company again when we have a problem needing a technician.

Everything was fine. We had smelled something strange coming from the furnace. The technician checked the entire system thoroughly and did not find anything. Later, we did find the actual source of the smell. It had nothing to do with the furnace, but it was good to have piece of mind.

I had a maintenance agreement with Tuckers for many years. For the air conditioning maintenance in 2012, I forgot to call to schedule until late in the summer. I was told the person in the office who takes care of the contracts should have called me when maintenance had not been performed. I had never received a call, email or any other communication regarding scheduling the maintenance. Then in 2013 the same thing occurred. I called late in the summer about the service and was told that the person in charge of the contracts would call me the following day to explain why I ad not been contacted . It is now 4 months later and I am still waiting for the call back. I did get an email reminding me to renew my contract. Needless to say, I did not do so. Thru the years I have had their service the experience was always hit and miss. I was told the same person would always service my equipment. That did not happen. Also, in the beginning, I was able to schedule first appointment of the day which is convenient because I work. A few years ago, they told me they could try to schedule me first but there were no guarantees. Although I admit that Mike went the extra mile a couple of time, the quality of the service is uneven and has gotten worse as the company has grown.

Love these guys. After going around and around with CroppMetcalfe, we finally found someone who could really fix the problem and not just try to sell us a new furnace.

We got the big deal for an a/c inspection. Everything went well and they made some helpful suggestions.

It was extremely professional. Contact from office regarding appointment dates and times was excellent. All personnel were competent and pleasant. Very pleased and will sign service contract in the future.

It was okay. They were not great but not bad either. They did a good job but I wasn't wowed by it.

This is not the first time having Tucker services. Tucker has been my service provider for over 10 yrs. I have a maintenance contract with them for more than 5 yrs. The technicians are top- notch which is reflective of the professionalism the owners strive to maintain. The office staff is also friendly and efficient. I have highly recommended Tucker to many friends and business contacts.

The provider was honest, and did not throw in unnecessary services that we would need to pay additional costs for. They were on time and professional (removed shoes upon entry, kept the work area tidy, and did not cause an interruption for us as we were working from home that day). He completed his work thoroughly, quickly, and gave us a detailed report after the diagnostics were completed.
