Quick response and was able to come out and take care of the hornets nest the same day. Reasonable price and provided 60 day warranty. Friendly technician. Only thing I would have liked them to do differently was I wish they would have removed the branch w/the nest so there would be absolutely no chance of the bees returning but so far, so good and no more bees/hornets. Despite that one thing, I would still definitely recommend them.

John was very thorough and explained everything in a simple friendly way, not a pushy salesman way. I had an Animal Planet education on other pest problems I was having as well.
