So far all I do is renew with them and pay them yearly. I don’t have anything to say about them. They did not even provide me new signs to put in my yard. The price I pay them includes the discount I get for paying them upfront. I use their alarm every day. I once paid them for repair and they did not even repair. I told them about it. A year and half later there was a repair to be done and I called the person. That guy asked to me book for the repair and wait for six weeks so that I don’t get charged when they do the repair. He said they would charge for immediate service. Their customer service has been good. Their workers are not so professional. One guy saw that I was a woman and he asked me to set the code in front of him. I asked him why would I have a security system if I were to set the code in front of him. I told him that I would set the code after he left. He tried to fool me into giving him my codes.
Description of Work: I used Brink's Home Security Inc in 2000 and have used them since. They were bought by an ADT company.
