They responded almost as soon as I posted on Home Advisor and the technician was there on the dot. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it in a very efficient manner.

Mike set things up efficiently to replace my old central vac and install some new intakes. Tech did a great on-time job at my house. Central vacs are not as straightforward as they might seem. These guys obviously know what they are doing.

Repair of Nutone Central Vacuum System by Tom from "Not Just Vacs". Would rate Tom's work a 10 out of 10. Diagnosed problem, gave me options including ROM costs, discovered too low air pressure and we stormed the whole house and found and fixed significant air leak below 2nd story floor. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Performed initial assessment and free estimate on the first visit. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional . Very timely. My system was scheduled within two weeks of my acceptance of the estimate and deposit. Provided good recommendations on the brand of whole house vacs, although I performed my own researched. Was available to address any questions or concerns I had with respect to the various brands of vacs available. Quickly and efficiently installed my system. Other than needing to sand and paint an opening in the wall, no evidence that I had the system installed in my existing home. They informed me of all conditions up front. I love my system thus far. Will have to check back in a year, but I would definitely recommend Not Just Vacs.
