I called to see if they had an appointment, and was told that it was a good time to stop by. I popped in and got an estimate of the work required within a reasonable 40 minutes. I also got an estimate of the time required for the repairs, and was pleased to hear that they could start right away. I went for a walk and returned to find that the repairs would take a bit longer - they'd finished, but didn't like what they heard when backing the car out, so decided to replace the hardware they'd just put in. Sure, it took a few minutes more, but I was pleased with their wanting to get it done correctly the first time. While I was waiting, a somewhat less patient customer got very complain-y about the time required for his oil change (about 45m). He was very insulting and dismissive of the employees (e.g. snapping his fingers and whistling to get their attention, as if they were dogs), and seemed determined to make a pain of himself. To his credit, the service manager Mr. Bradley remained completely professional throughout the whole ordeal. He first attempted to reason with the man, and wisely gave up when that proved unworkable. Despite the man's hostility, Mr. Bradley remained calm and professional throughout the ordeal. I even made a joke about pretending to throw a similar tantrum (since my own service took longer than expected), but Mr. Bradley didn't even take the easy bait and complain about the man's behavior. Again, very professional, even while politely laughing about my weak jokes. As I said, very professional. In my review ratings, I left the price rating at N/A because I have no idea how much this kind of service should cost, or whether this was a good deal or not. Regardless, I'll come back here again.

I've been using this Midas location for at least four years. I absolutely love the manager, John Bradley. I have total trust in him and his recommendations. He's so nice, friendly, and helpful. He patiently explains everything to me and I never feel he is trying to talk me into anything I don't need. Everyone I've referred there feels the same way about him and their experience. I'm extremely happy and feel very comfortable using them for all my auto repair / maintenance issues. The waiting room is very welcomng with many beaufiful plants, current magazines, and a TV to make your wait very pleasant. It is so wonderful to have a reasonably priced mechanic that you can totally trust. I highly recommend this Midas location!

It's hard to find somebody you trust, but I trust these guys. I've been happy with everything they did.

Service members did a very good job inspecting the car, While they suggested several items, I declined only because I could accomplish these maintenance items myself. They found the noise in the engine, a loose heat shield and repaired that.

Went to get an estimate of the cost to replace the tailpipe/muffler from the catalytic converter back. Waited over 3 hours to receive the estimate. We went to another muffler repair where the cost for the same services was half of the estimate from Midas. During the waiting time observed several customers who had work performed on their vehicles come into the shop complaining about the work that had been performed on their vehicles.

I have a 1999 Volvo station wagon which was in need of extensive repairs (180,000 miles and delayed service on my part). The check engine light had gone on and the car was making various noises and subject to the tremors when it had to make it up a hill. I'd taken it for services at at least two other auto services shops in the area which were fine, but I needed a shop which was open on Saturdays because I work. I took it to Midas and John Bradley the store manager was very helpful. He immediately had a good idea of what the problem was and said they'd take a full loo at it and get back to me. He called several hours later with with the suggested services and estimates of the costs. We also discussed near future service which was required, including new brakes and tires. The car was finished early afternoon.

I called Midas to see if they could look at the leak in my cooling system because they were close by. They said they would give me a free estimate and if it was something they couldn't handle, then I could take it to the dealer. A hour later, they called to say that they have to take things apart to figure out the problem, and wanted me to authorize an hour's worth of labor (~$90). I reluctantly agreed. A few hours later, they called me with a $970 estimate to include the leaking tank which only costs $150. I asked them for an explanation of each part they wanted to replace, but they couldn't explain why some of them needed replacing. Based on my discussion with the Midas manager, I did not believe they knew what they were doing with my car so I called the dealer, who gave me a cheaper quote. Then, I called Midas back and told them I would be taking the car to the dealer. The manager said it would take about an hour to put back together, and that I owed them the $90 labor charge. He said he'd call me when it was ready, but instead, he called back an hour later to say that they would not put the car back together unless I paid them for another hour's worth of labor. This was plain extortion. My free estimate was going to cost $180+ before I could get my car back in one piece. I repeatedly stated to the manager that he should return my car in the same condition that it was in when I drove it in, but he flat out refused. At this point, I really didn't trust them to do anything further to my car. So I had to have my car towed from that Midas with a box full of loose parts in the front seat. I filled out a complaint on the corporate Midas website, but only got back a form letter.
