Description of Work: The company attached carbon fiber straps across the basement cinder block wall and filled in cracks. The men were very polite and worked constantly. They did their work, cleaned up and were gone without any bother.

Description of Work: I picked this contractor from Angie's list after the early May rains to advise me on a leak in my basement. Turned out his services didn't include what I needed (wall ties plugged), but he took the time to survey my basement and outdoor area for areas needing drainage improvement. Also, he recommended another contractor to do the work. Because of his professionalism and grade on Angie's list, I contacted the other contractor and the work was performed recently and there's a warranty on the work!

+ -1 moreWe were worried because we have some stair-step cracking in one corner of our foundation wall. Levelift's Paul N. came out to inspect, because we thought we might need to have the foundation underpinned. Paul took a look and very honestly told us that he thought the situation was too minor to justify underpinning, and that we should go with a cosmetic repair instead. Since Paul, as a contractor, had every reason to sell us his services, we trust his opinion and are greatly relieved. He did say if we wanted to go ahead with underpinning, the cracks could probably be repaired with two helical piers costing about $1800.00 a piece.

Description of Work: I called this contractor concerning work another company did and I needed more work on the project. Mr. Mauer said they do not do the extra work I needed unless they do the main job itself. He did give me good advice on how to deal with the situation and good information on the understanding of the work done. Mr. Mauer was very helpful in discussing how to protect myself from companies that are not quite what they say. I appreciated his time and knowledge. I would hire them for work if the situation arises. He gave me a lot of his time which he did not need to do.

Description of Work: The back of my house has a family room with fireplace. The flooring was sloped and in bad shape. I called the company and someone named Paul came to my house. The company does foundation support/restoration. He was on time and courteous. He recommended a cheaper alternative to his services. I would trust and recommend this company to anyone.
