Description of Work: The company handled the complete cleaning and restoration of our gas fireplace. Some parts had to be replaced and a little re-wiring was done. The work they did was excellent and we feel confident about using the fireplace.

+ -1 moreThey came out and did a pre-inspection to make sure the insert would fit and the fireplace would work for the wood stove insert. They came out on time and kept in touch with me about when he would arrive. They put things down to protect the floors before they started and got it all installed great, spent the time to show me how to work it and gave me lots of pointers. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a fireplace insert that burns wood into our current fireplace and put a line up the chimney.

+ -1 moreI have been using them since 1975. Their selection is phenomenal. If they do not have the exact part you need they will get if for you promptly. It is privately owned by the family and they train their own staff. Everyone is local and they actually have a plumber and electrician on staff to help with selection. They have the knowledge to help you fix your problem, or they can tell you to get professional help. If it is not a weekend then they usually are not too busy. They also will deliver materials to the house. He is very helpful to people who are just getting into housing.
Description of Work: I use them four or five times a week for purchasing materials.

+ 0 moreGas fireplace unit was installed in October 2010, no problems. There was a bit of a delay in getting the wall units with cabinets intalled, presumably because of seasonal schedule crunch issues (fall is prime season for new fireplaces for this company). The wall units were completed by January 2011. All work was professional, and finishing/workmanship was very good. Overall a positive experience.
Description of Work: Installed a new gas fireplace vented to the outside (no existing chimney), new mantel and surround, built-in wall shelves and cabinets.

+ -1 morewe visited the facility in Clarksville and were impressed with Mr Gross and his company and had decided to purchase a gas fireplace from him. However, we could not get him to meet with us for measurements and to close the deal. Several appointmantes were made and he was a no show. So we went else where.
