We hired them to install wood floors in our Ellicott City house. They were professional and followed through with the project from beginning to the completion of the project. There was a problem (not their fault) that impacted the install and they came up with an efficient cost effective solution. Simply put, they went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and went over and above to get the job done on budget and within time parameters. I highly recommend BR Flooring for wood floor installation. It's what they do and they do it well.

Worst experience with a contractor EVER. My floor looks terrible. First, what they proposed apparently wasn't possible (laying flooring over existing tile) but by the time they figured this out, it was too late and my frond door had been cut to accommodate the height. Secondly, after install, the floor began to permanently separate in spots. B R would not admit this was an install issue. They tried to blame the flooring, manufacturer and even my cabinet installers (they claimed the cabinets were nailed to the floor....they were not). Turns out they ignored the instructions from the manufacturer (that I sent them ahead of time) to get the floor acclimated to the climate here after shipping. The would not come to fix this issue and I STILL ended up paying full price to lose resale value in my home. I would NEVER hire these guys again nor recommend them to anyone.

It was very easy to communicate with BR given they respond well to emails and phone calls alike. Both representatives that came to my house for estimation and the actual work were prompt and professional.

This company is fantastic. They take pride in their work and truly understand what customer satisfaction means. We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish. We are glad we hired them to both jobs. The work was timely with minimal disruption to the family and the clean up was excellent. We hope they stay in business as we will hire them for all our flooring jobs!

Not only the wood floors look great, the costumer service was excellent. The workers were very respectful of my home while I was at a hotel and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We have security cameras at the house and we were very happy to see that they were working and not wasting time as some other companies may have.

Both Marcos and Wesley were great. The quality of the work is outstanding. When we had to move the project back a day they didn't hesitate to work through the weekend to complete it. Once we realized the satin (our mistake, not theirs) did not provide the shine we were looking for, they both volunteered to come back the next day! They moved the furniture again, prepared the surface and applied semi-gloss. Talk about customer service. Wow. I would never use anyone but BR Hardwood Floors.

Their work and attention to detail are outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We replaced over 260 sq. ft. of carpet w/ hardwood flooring and two flights of stairs with matching hardwood. Their pricing was honest and competitive w/ other offers received.

The guys are great and the work was excellent. The refinished the entire downstairs and installed new hardwood in kitchen. It blended in perfect and it was a job well done!!!!!!

One of the most professional and timely jobs I have ever experienced with a contractor. Both Wesley and Marcos are very responsive and attentive to the details both in the job and the customer's needs. We had a new wood floor installed on our second level, molding, that was mismatched by a previous contractor, replaced and our first level wood floors refurbished all at a very reasonable price. Quality of work is excellent and they take extra care in moving furniture and keeping the work site clean. I already the company to others at my work and will continue to do so for anyone looking to get wood floor work done. Thanks guys!

They did a great job for us, but I dinged them on customer service just a bit as they did not put up protection before starting the demo and my wife was losing her mind cleaning up after them in our pantry and bathroom. They were the most expensive of three quotes I got, but theirs showed me that they understood the full scope of the work. Great group to work with and highly recommended.

BR111 Hardwood Floors did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations which were already set pretty high based on other comments here. If you need your floors refinished these are THE GUYS!

Marcos, Wesley and the other hard working guys did an outstanding job installing and finishing 1500 sq ft of red oak quarter sawn hardwood flooring. I intend on having them return to install another section in the future.
