 + -1 moreIt was horrible !!! A 2 day job became over a week holding our vehicle hostage. When I went to ask what was going on I got a song and dance about the part man receiving the wrong front end TWICE. I spoke to the manager and told him nicely how disappointed I was, and that I would need the car for the weekend, and return it to get the work done the next week. When we went to pick the car up, there was a terrible storm coming in and they had left the front drivers window down 4 inches, and the back windows down 2 inches. The worst part is they left the keys on the front seat. And if you know about their location, it is about 1/2 block away from Elkton's drug clinic. Needless to say we did not use their service, and the manager never even called to find out why.
Description of Work: Tried to get them to replace the front bumper of a 2012 Hyundai.
