Area Engineering, Inc. is a full service structural engineering company providing investigation, assessment, design, expert testimony, and forensic reports for existing buildings, new construction, and remodeling projects. We have over 10 yrs of experience in structural design and documentation of residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal building structure conditions. Typically, a verbal structural site inspection cost is $450, and a follow-up structural letter, documenting our findings, is $150 additional. Engineering design, reports, and testimony vary in cost.
