It was fine and good. The workers are good and everyone was nice.

I did not get installed and I had to be at the house for 3 days waiting and it never got done. First to come install said it would not fit. Then the boss was supposed to come measure and install. No one showed up. I will not hire Lowes of Laurel, MD for anything that needs to get installed. My cousins father in a different state they put a door on that is to small and he is dealing with that if I knew we would not have gone there.

They did fine.  Everything went smoothly.  The customer service was fine.

They were great. They left the area great when it was all done. They were right on time.

It took some time but it did get in the mail and I used it.

Great job! We may have received a better price by buying the door separately and hiring a contractor, but Lowes handled all of the coordination and followed up to make sure we were totally satisfied. Great customer service.

The price of the best quality door was on sale, and the in-store sales person was informative about the features I preferred. Installation services personnel contacted me and gave me a delivery/installation time. The installation contractor called me in advance of arrival and was exactly on time. The installation was quick, and very exact. The contractor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I have had no issues at all since. It looks perfect and works perfectly.

They just did a really good job, came in here, and measured everything. I used paolo windows in my house for they are much more affordable than the pediatral paolo company guys. Their installers had worked for paolo, they did a really good work, fixed some other windows in my house, and all have them back to install doors this weekend I think. The totaled cost of the windows was about $3600. I guess, there was a couple of things, I was looking at the windows and they called me, because I had tried to be a lot of projects over the last summer, tried to jottle them, and they call me when the windows were available and at the best price which was good. They help me manage the opportunity the best way possible. They have things measured up for me, the guys not just want to make a sale but it appeared to me they rather did a good job with just make a sale and that is the way they are looking a long term approach. The spirit's installers when they got here, they did the stuff they were going to do, they were quick, in and out, good, had better experience that I had with other contractors for sure. If you will ask me the same questions, I will give them A all across the board.The price, the timeliness, there is just nothing that I was in any way, like I said, thousands of dollars offer the cost of the telecorporation including the window gym. All of the sale, high quality, they look at other windows that I had and gave me recommendations that actually give some upgrading. They have another set of paolo windows installed by the builder and he probably cannot do the best pay for me and they pay improved on his work. They have standard and acclaimed the work from them.They looked around and checked what was needed here.

Discovered leaking water heater Thursday nite. Lowe's ad said same day
service when ordered before noon. Called Friday morning, ordered and
paid for the same–day installation of a new water heater. Was told I'd
be called within an hour to let me know when they'd arrive. I never did
get the call. When I finally called customer service, they transferred
me to the store where they said they never got the order; somebody in
the chain had dropped the ball. By then it was too late for same day
service until dinner time. So I opted to wait until Saturday.
Saturday morning the installer arrived on schedule, removed the old and
installed the new water heater and was done in less than 2 hours. He
did an excellent job.
I was very happy with their work. It's just that someone in their scheduling chain dropped the ball.
This is my third Lowe's installation and have been very happy with each one.

They had a sale at the time and they did a good putting up blinds through my whole house. I was pleased with everything except the blinds were a little late. I would give them a C rating and I will use them again.

The salesperson at this Lowe's was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. We had detailed and picky questions; he was able to answer them all. We purchased the appliances and got all the rebates, etc. Lowe's delivered them on the appointed day, but it was a contractor. They didn't balance the feet or do a complete install. The hose they brought for the dryer wasn't long enough. They didn't attach the water line to the fridge. I had to hire a plumber to finish the job. The appliances are great.
