Thirteen windows in my condominium were replaced in a single day efficiently and well. Very professional and courteous. They look great and function beautifully. The owner of the business was super nice to work with and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Fantastic job. People from the street come up to looked at it. Our neighbor love it. It something to show. We marvel at the work. Very knowledgeable and caring. They were treating us better then in-laws.

Dealing with Dan Mitchell was very pleasant and informative. We selected windows with all the features we were looking for (after considerable investigation of other providers!). The price was fair and very competitive. Once under contract it was only a few weeks before the windows were delivered and installation began. Eddie and the installers were very professional and considerate, did not track in dirt, and cleaned up when finished. The 21 windows took two days and a third day for Mike to finish the slider. They look fantastic! Thanks to Dan and his team, we couldn't be more happy with the results!

Innovative Home Improvement replaced every window in our house several months ago. We did not feel pressured to buy at any time, had great communication throughout the process, and are very happy with the quality of work. You never know what will happen after a contractor has your money and the job is done though. Well, I can tell you what will happen with Innovative Home Improvement. We had a bird fly into and break one of our new windows recently. I contacted Paul (the owner) and received the same great service post-sale in helping to get the window replaced. I feel this kind of honesty and service is rare in the industry, and am thankful we chose to spend our money here.

Wow! Completely blown away with this job! This house was tired, tired, tired and no where near maintenance free. Worked closely with Dan Mitchell who provided the most competitive price we could find. The quality of workmanship is unbelievable and this house look FANTASTIC. Pictures don't do the final product justice. Innovative Home Improvement is in high demand--they were worth the wait!! We are going through extensive renovations to our home; I am happy to give this company my highest recommendation.

From the beginning Paul was honest and informative always answering my questions and offering suggestions. The install guys Eddie, Danny and Troy were great to have in my home and were efficient as well as very skilled with excellent workmanship. I was considering some siding work and contacted Innovative Home Improvement. Paul (the owner) was extremely responsive, and patiently answered my many questions. Paul also did not waste any time with elaborate sales pitches. We quickly discussed the scope of the work, the different options, and he emailed me a very competitive quote later that day. Although I did not end up needing Innovative Home Improvement's services, I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service and would contact them in the future.

I ordered new windows for my entire house as well as a sliding door. Paul and his team were absolutely amazing to work with from the very beginning, always keeping me up to date on the progress of the order and the scheduling of the installation. The crew worked fast and took very great care of my home while they were inside installing the new windows. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend Innovative to everyone.

The project overall was completed successfully. Paul listened to my rot concerns and came up with materials and methods to address the water issues for the home. It was estimated to take 3 weeks and took exactly that long and all restrictions to days/times work was allowed were followed without issue. All concerns I had during the process were addressed promptly by Paul. Mr Jung and Alex were professional and worked consistently throughout the entire 3 weeks, which cannot be said for many other contractors I have hired in the past. Innovative Home Improvement estimate was higher than other contractors and my budget, but the thoroughness of the solution and work exceeded anything else other contractors appeared willing to do and my home should last much longer for the work performed. I have come across very few contractors I would hire a second time over the years, but Paul and his crew definitely top the list.

Paul Harrison is an exceptional contractor. He is honest and was very fair with us. He returned our phone calls and text messages promptly. The quality of the work was beyond our expectations. We are thrilled with the results of our vinyl siding and new gutter system. Mr. Jung, the craftsman who worked on our house, is truly an artist with vinyl and metal. He is a perfectionist and we couldn't be more pleased with how beautiful our house is now. This was our best purchase ever, bar none.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Paul, the owner, came out to my home the day after contacting him about getting an estimate. He was friendly, professional, polite, and most importantly- he was not one of those guys who tries to talk on and on for hours about how great he is and how terrible the competitors are. I had gotten quotes from 3 other companies prior to meeting with him and I was almost at the point of giving up on having new windows installed, even though we desperately needed them! In summary, I was very pleased with each member of his crew, the price, and the quality and look of my new windows! If you are in need of affordable windows by a company who is easy to work with you should call them first. I wish I had!

From estimate through installation, we were very pleased. Because of the significance of the effort to replace 27 twenty-year old windows, we obtained 5 estimates from highly rated local window installers from Angie's List with a double check on Home Advisor. We chose not to go with the big classic providers such as Thompson Creek and Pella because of ratings and our perception of price overhead issues by the big manufacturers. 4 of the 5 estimates were very competitive on price with the 5th being 10% higher than the others and only provided a 3 year labor warranty. One of the estimates came from a contractor that did a great job roofing for a neighbor, but we found their window business was a pass through to a local window installer and their estimate process reminded us of being at a car dealership-too much BS about discounts, and talking to the boss and delay producing the estimate. We were most impressed with Paul Harrison's "Innovative Home Improvements" (titled here as "Innovative Home Improvement" not to be confused with "Innovative Home Improvements, LLC" on Angie's List) With 5 estimates in 2 weeks, it was a crash course in double pane versus triple (we did triple), U-factor (.21 for us), SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient) (.17 was our choice), air leakage (less than or equal to .3 for us), argon-filled vs. krypton (we did argon), product and labor guarantees (lifetime for both) and expected longevity of provider in that context, choice of caulking (OSI H2U acrylic urethane quad caulk-avoids color change of just latex and doesn't have to be painted), different techniques for window sealing, grids or no grids (we went with grids) and visible transmittance (.35). What impressed us about Paul was that while he was aligned with a specific window provider, he did so because he had experience working with other products in the past and clearly explained pros and cons of different products. He also had the same windows recently installed in his own home. If we had decided that a different manufacturer was our choice, he would have worked with that product as well. In addition, he did not try to convince us to go for the most expensive or elaborate product-while he recommended double-glazed (or pane) windows, we decided based on our research and preference to go with triple pane. It was not a hard sell and he was very respectful of our time. Paul's estimate was immediate and he took credit cards which we also preferred (we like our airline miles too) with a 20% payment up front and remainder on completion. Part of the project was to replace 4 casement windows with 2 double hung larger windows, replace 2 narrow picture windows with a large picture window with "grids" to match a double hung window underneath it, and to fix a basement frame that had rot problems in the past. Paul's installation supervisor, Eddie immediately returned after we signed the contract to validate window dimensions and type. Paul had indicated 4-8 weeks for window manufacture and that was on target. Installation was projected to take 2-3 days and took 2 days. Eddie was professional and called to coordinate and remind us about times and absolutely worked within our preferences for the dates of the installation and in consideration of our schedules. The window delivery and work crew arrival was on time. Eddie's crew of Troy and Joe were friendly and respectful of our house and gardens during the installation. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after the work, asked for feedback on needed adjustments for latches, recaulking, and spot cleaning of windows. It's 2 days after installation and we have immediately noticed how much quieter the house is and less heat on the south and west sides of the house in the afternoon sun.

The workers made it a very easy process. I am going to have them come back for more.
