The house was built in 2004. We moved in (first owner/occupant) in 2005. Since then, we've had problem after problem. Water leaking in the basement - and they could not figure out why until I video taped it. Sewage that backed into the basement because of poor electrical wiring that caused the sewage alarm to not go off. Leaks in the roof. Failure to install appropriate sheathing around windows that is causing water to come in to the house in a variety of places. Underground electrical conduits. Bent copper piping for air conditioning.A gas furnace that should have had burners converted for propane - furnace went up after only 7 years. An exhaust for the furnace that was not to code - caused fumes to back into house. We have never been so disgusted and horrified by a builder. This has caused us to never want new construction ever again. And this only our story. Many of our 30 or so neighbors have had similar and worse problems. It's a miracle that this company is still in business. We've resolved most of the issues but the cost is something we should not have had to pay out of pocket.
Description of Work: The provider built a community of homes, including mine, with the worst possible care to quality that anyone should expect.
