Description of Work: All went basically well, one mistake on aligning a socket installation with existing sockets.

Description of Work: Installed new kitchen ceiling light fixture and repaired outside light fixture. Very responsive, prompt and professional.

Once to install 2 outdoor, 3 indoor light fixtures and 3 new ceiling fans. | |Second time was to install several new outlets. | |Both times the electrician was on time, polite, and professional. I also find their prices to be reasonable. I like the fact that they will invoice you or you can pay on the spot. Seems like a very well run business with great customer service.

Description of Work: Repaired/replaced a defective fixture and replaced several outlets. They were very prompt, arrived on time, cleaned up well, asked if there was anything else to look at, and charged a fair price. I would use them again in an instant!

Description of Work: Replaced dimmer switch with complications from building electric. They were able to pinpoint the issue immediately, fix it and install a new dimmer switch.

Description of Work: I had the electrician install a dimmer switch. It had been previously intalled by a handyman, but the electrician discovered the ground wire had not been grounded, thus shorting out the dimmer. The service was timely and excellent. The cost was a little high, but that was partially due to the expensive dimmer I needed for the low voltage track lighting. Two visits were involved....one to assess the problem , and one to install the dimmer after it was ordered and delivered. In between the visits, becasue it wasn't clear that the dimmer was at fault, or the lights were going bad, someone from Trunnell called to give me another option before installing the expensive dimmer. I chose to have the new dimmer installed, but was still impressed and grateful that they called to give me other options. especially since the dinner was expensive. I will definitely use this company again!.

Description of Work: Not entirely satisfied with job. Too many things they either could not do or didn't have time for. What they did do was okay.

Description of Work: I am having various repairs done on my house, and needed an electrician to connect and attic fan and repair the attic light. I also had the possibility of doing some additional work, e.g. upgrading a kitchen fan, if price effective. Mr. Trunnel came out to the house, and gave me an intelligent and fair appraisal of the likely cost of the various jobs I was considering performing. I decided against the bigger projects because they did not make financial sense, and selected just connecting the attic fan and repairing the attic light. I was very impressed by Mr. Trunnell's objectivity and will well keep the firm in mind when I have bigger jobs.
