A technician came out to re-key locks on front door. He wasn't really chatty or friendly, but wasn't unfriendly either. Re-keyed the locks and made us four extra keys upon request. It all took maybe an hour or so. He didn't ask to see any proof that it's our place - I wasn't sure about that, of course I don't know if that's typically done or not. Didn't leave a mess; it went fine.
Description of Work: Got the deadbolt and doorknob locks re-keyed on front door. Got two keys plus asked for four additional keys.

No one was able to come on the day we needed him, but the serviceman did come promptly the following day. He replaced the parts quickly and checked everything. His bill was very high and when I made a comment, he lowered it $10. I noticed that he had originally charged me $10 more for the service call than was quoted to me by phone. This seemed unethical.
Description of Work: Replaced parts of a broken front door lock. All parts were supplied by us.

THIS LOCK REPLACEMENT JOB WAS DONE ON SHORT NOTICE. WE GET ALL OUR KEY WORK AND DUPLICATES DONE HERE. THEY CAN DO REALLY OBSCURE LOCKS AND GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, ARRIVING ON TIME AND COMPLETING THE NECESSARY TASK IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY DOING A FEW EXTRA THINGS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THEY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY WHEN OUR DOG ACCIDENTALLY GOT LOOSE, AND THEY SPENT A HALF AN HOUR CHASING HER AND RETURNING HER SAFELY HOME.
Description of Work: WE HIRED THIS COMPANY TO RE-KEY ALL OF THE LOCKS IN OUR HOME AFTER OUR HOUSE KEYS WERE STOLEN.
