After submitting a form on the HomeAdvisor website, Edward contacted us immediately. He came to our house the next day to check out the scope of work and give us an estimate on the job. He came back within a week and completed our exterior paint job in a day. The entire experience was very easy, and stress free! The price was very reasonable, as well. We would definitely recommend Edward to our family, friends, and neighbors. In addition, we would have him back to work on future projects on our home.

while presented with the decision to have leaking flat rooft repaired or replaced Ed Kelbie answered my contractor request within 15 minutes upon submission. He was evaluating the roof the very next day and two days later the roof was repaired based upon Mr. Kelbie assessment. He indicated that the the roof would eventually have to be replaced, but a repair would be sufficient for a few years. I would highly recommend Ed.

Got an initial call within 15 minutes of Home Advisor request. He was out to property within 24 hours and gave me an immediate quote. Keep in contact every stage of the process. The quote was very reasonable. Gutter repair was made. He provided a before and after picture as well as receipt for work. I have encountered many contractors before but this company is one having customer service, reasonable pricing, and provides timely quality repair. You can definitely use this company either on rental home or your own home. How refreshing!!!!

Our experience with Ed Kelbie was fantastic from start to finish! He did everything he said he would exactly on time and the results were top notch. The most important criteria to us when choosing someone to work on our home is reliability and Ed was flawless in that department. His men were tireless workers who produced an outstanding finished product. Our only regret is that we don't have any other houses for them to paint!

I'm thoroughly pleased with the job Ed and his guys completed for us. They were here when we expected, the house looks great, and all I had to do was write a check. They even picked up the old chips of paint that had fallen into the grass. A little more than others, I'm sure, but worth the money.

Outstanding paint job!!! Considering the house is about 50 years old, the paint job to all the wood and porch make it look wonderful. I'm looking forward to calling again on my next painting project.

Ed of Edward Kelbie provided excellent customer service and quality work. He offered two options for the repair of my roof depending on my budget. One was a short term fix and the other a complete correction of problem. After calling several roofers and being told it would be 3-days to 1-week before someone could come see the roof to provide a repair estimate or from my description of the problem the repair was too small for them. I was greatly relieved to find a company that could response quickly between there scheduled repairs.

Mr. Kelbie was very professional, he was timely and the work was completed on the day that I scheduled it. Im not sure about prices, because the other companies never came out for an estimate.

Very fast response, awesome and professional service! Temp patched my roof with rain pouring down giving us an immediate peace of mind as this huge storm entered the area. He also gave me an excellent price on a permanent repair which we are scheduling now. Certainly will use again for one or more of the several services offered.

Wonderful service! Was the only contractor that returned my call quickly (within a few minutes) and the only one that came the next day. We are still receiving quotes from other companies when the project has been completed. We already plan on using him again for our roof replacement when it comes time.

Mr. Kelbie, Visited my property very soon after I after submitted my ServiceMajic request, evaluated the problem with water coming into the attic from the roof, provided me with an estimate then fixed the problem in a very timely manner. My roof is no longer leaking into the attic.

Mr Kelbie was prompt and clean. He kept his word and handled the job. Before I knew it he was done. He sent me before, during and after photos so I'd know everything that was going on.
