Very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and helped me to get my computer up and running again.

My computer for a long time just has not performed the way it should. I was scared to take it to a computer repair shop. Horror stories about the cost and getting your computer messed up But with Al and Cyber Solutions you cannot go wrong. Al got my computer virus free and running like brand new and he works until he gets all the issues resolved. He was only going to charge me 1 hour and he actually worked about 4 hours to get my computer totally fixed I had to make him charge me for more. He is the best and he is my computer guy for now on. He called me (from Maryland)and did a remote clean up/tune up on my laptop as I was having problems with many pop-ups. He took care of business and it took about an hour or so to finish the job. He answered any questions I had and the system seems to really be better with no pop-ups. I will definately used them again when I need help on computer issues.

Immediately responsive, patient, and thorough. He spent over 3 hours on this project and I have considerably improved peace of mind. Particularly recommended because it is not always easy to find Mac help outside of the Genius Bar.

My computer was hacked, and its functioning was deteriorating rapidly. I was reluctant to disconnect my computer from its internet connection, the monitor, the keyboard, the printer, and the scanner in order to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. I knew that doing so would then mean that I would have to reconnect everything after the computer was repaired. Therefore, I was glad to learn that I could get it repaired remotely. I contacted Cyber Team Solutions through Angie's List to set up a time. Al contacted me promptly, and we were able to set up a time soon afterward. Because the computer had been hacked, there were many problems involved in repairing it. Whenever something he tried didn't work, Al was able to come up with another approach to the problem. He was always willing to answer my questions. Although it took longer than originally expected, my computer was repaired within a day, enabling me to use it now to write this review. Al also recommended software that would make it unlikely that the computer would be hacked again. I would recommend Cyber Team Solutions to anyone with computer problems.

Was awesome! We set a time up that was good for both of us. He called the exact time. It took about 45 minutes, and my computer now runs great! I didn't have to lug my computer anywhere, and pick it up ,days later! awesome!

Mr. Al Estevez graciously contacted me prior to the three suggested dates I selected to schedule service. I was very impressed that he would come out on Sunday after I returned home from church to service my printer. Mr. Estevez was prompt. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional in his work, and explained to me what I could do if quirky situations occurred with printer in the future. My only regret is that I did not contact him the day the printer went offline five days prior. I could have saved myself a lot of stress! Yikes! Mr. Estevez is truly a God-send. Thank you.

I can't begin to say how pleased I was with Mr. Estevez at Cyber Team Solutions. I purchased a new laptop which I needed set up and connected to my wireless router. The router that I had was very old and would not work with my new laptop. Mr. Estevez actually went out for me and purchased the router that I needed, then set it up. He made sure everything was in working order, including my printer and even helped me set up the remote connection to my office. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Mr Al Estevez tried to correct the problem remotely which did not work out. The computer had Malware. Al arrived on appointed time. In an hour's time he was able to diagnose and get rid of the problem and restored the laptop to its normal functioning. Al is a professional who knows computers very well. The is the 2nd time we have used this company for handling our computer problems.

I called Al and scheduled an appointment. He called about 30 minutes before the expected arrival time to say he was on his way and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Al was professional and came ready to fix the issues. I explained what we wanted to do with the network and explained the frustration with the constant dropped connections. Al went to work and within 3 hours everything was done and working properly. Al was very patient with my questions as he worked and he explained what he was doing through the process. It's now almost 2 weeks later and the network has been up and running with no issues. Thank you Al!

.I forgot the date he was out here. I am sorry for the delay in writing this. I also don't remember the cost but it was entirely fair. I would call him again if I need any help. He came quickly and went right to work. Everything is still working well. I don't know enough about computers to be able to say what the problem was.

I would recommend this service provider without reservation. He was knowledgeable, polite and sooooo patient! He persisted until all the problems which could be dealt with had been dealt with - and this took us well outside the scope of time for which I'd paid. I was very impressed. This is a human being with a passion for helping us non-techies expand our knowledge and use of computers. Everything he said was clear and helpful and I do believe my computer is now totally virus free for the first time in a couple of years. The only reason I still have a slow computer is that improperly supported software was installed onto it by a previous technician who was didn't really know what he was doing. THe computer was not designed/equipped to run the updated version of Windows which had been installed. Anyway, that was not any fault of Cyber Solutions. Use this guy. You will be glad you did.

Al is extremely patient, very detailed in his pursuit of the solution, does not skip a step and teaches along the way. He ended up spending almost 6 hours and charged for 5 at a super price. couldn't be more happy.

Al was able to come out quickly within two days or three days of purchasing the deal. The cost was reasonable and well worth the deal! He took his time and completed the repair that same night. Everything was great and I have no complaints.

All inquires were responded to promptly. Estimated time to complete the work was absolutely accurate. Mr. Estevez arrived at the agreed upon time and completed the set/up transfer as requested and was very professional.. I absolutely would use the services of Cyber Solutions Team again and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
